Well that's the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a while. Storm Armor seems like a poor choice here though. I assume he's using Shocking Aspect but like, what difference does that honestly make?
I predict a nerf along the lines of Critical Mass having an ICD equal to your attack speed. For example, it can only procs twice per second with a 2.00 attack speed.
Then again, maybe the nerf will come from Living Lightning as it's the biggest offender to that. Something like Living Lightning being unable to proc Critimal Mass more than once per cast.
This is the kind of stuff that they should know about in WoW. You add an internal cooldown or limit to the ability, so that it can't logically surpass a certain amount (and thus reduce cooldown of abilities to an abusable level).
I tried this. It worked. However it's really only good for bosses because you can't stand in the middle of a champ pack with arcane or plague and spam spells -- you will die. I unfortunately am not up to Diablo on inferno yet or I would be exploiting this like woah~

Aw com'on guys... that is freaking awesome and the fact that is was discovered around 1 week after release.. I ed - we're only going to see crazy stuff like that in the first couple weeks/months, then Blizz will probably fix all of them...

I'm sure Critical Mass will be nerfed to cap the amount it can reduce skills cooldowns by.

Seriously, that's some cheap ass design. Really wish Blue had tested this kind of stuff out a little more.

You would think they know these things.
Each class has what, 24 active abilities and 15 passives? Each active ability has 5 runes. With 6 skill slots + 3 passive that's:
6^(24*5) * 3^15
combinations. Actually that's wrong isn't it, because you can't have the same ability twice. But let's just say... there's A LOT.

If I remember right you have to use combinations, ie nCr:
(24*5)C6 * 15C3 = 3,652,745,460*455 = 1,661,999,184,300
Is that right? So, 1.6 trillion combinations. PER CLASS.
And boom there we go.
