I'm thinking that they will... Why am I staying up for midnight launch when I know the servers will be dead.

No planning in the world can handle when you have several million people pounding at your login servers.

Launch smoothly, doubt it.

But by the time me and my friends play (at normal hours, we're not playing in the night we're waiting tommorow, the game only opens at 3 AM so..) it should be fine.

I think it will go better than Eu, but probably not perfect. I'd hope between the open beta and pre-order numbers they have at least some idea of the amount of traffic they'll need to handle.

They will see how many servers they were using in EU and how many users came on... and they will be able to anticipate the Americas opening much better! Doesn't mean it'll be smooth lol! GL HF everyone!!!

Probably other errors may arise.

Remember that the Americas server is by far the most populated of the servers.

If you want to play without any problems, have yout usual tuesday and play it only at night. Or maybe rewrite your memories and fool yourself into thinking that the game will be release the 16th. Either way you will probably be able to play right away hopefully without any problems.

This is pretty smooth so far, a bad release is when like... servers crashes and nobody plays for 1day.

Asia and Europe Server launch with no lag and d/c. As far as I know, and I have asked all the friends I have over those continent.
