The skill calc (as is the entire game) is in a volatile mode right now for balance purposes. I would personally consider it unusable at this time and just ignore any crazy changes going on right now because they aren't likely to stick.
Plague of Toads is now Secondary for example.

Death Trance is back as is Vermin...
Got rid of 2 Monk passives... Not sure what's going on here.
