Without having played the beta, I can't say remotely how effective this would be, but the idea here is mostly for leveling. Turns most of these spells into AoE damage for gathering up mobs and laying them to waste with slows and kiting keeping them in the area
Using bash for single target dps and ww for aoe dps.
Included leap for mobility and escaping when outpowered.
Passives includes talents that increase crit % and damage,
This is something I will defenetly try on my demon hunter.
It's a demon hunter build which is all about controlling enemies by slowing them and AoE'ing until they die.
I like my Barbarian built for damage and surviability., some may consider the chices a trade off for outright damage or tanking, but when your playing solo or in a small group, you need to be able to kill and not be killed.

Pets, pets, pets! What can be more awesome than sitting back and watching your unholy minions wreak havoc? This is a pve witch doctor build which emphasizes on using pets as the primary damage source, while providing huge amount of fun.
Skill justifications:
Wall of Zombies/Barricade:
As awesome as pets may be, one can not rely on them entirely. You never know when things may get out of control, so having a skill which will keep those nasty hellish demons away from you in times of need is, in my opinion, a must. And hey, they are zombies, which are almost like pets anyway! The rune choice is obvious, we want the protective property of the skill, which is increased by the Barricade rune.
Corpse spiders/Blazing spiders:
As I said, pets all the way! With corpse spiders being the most spammable pet skill, I assume it is the most fitting choice for the RMB slot. The rune is chosen purely for damage purposes. Wall of zombies, as well as the sheer amount of pets the build is going to have will be enough to keep enemies away from the caster, therefore, no more utility is required.
Summon Zombie Dogs/Final Gift:
One might say that the large part of this build is built around this skill. Zombie dogs are going to be our main source of damage via extensive usage of Sacrifice skill. 2 out of 3 passives are chosen to support this idea.
*Circle of life passive removes the dependence on skill cooldown
*Zombie handler allows having one more dog, and a health bonus is always nice.
Final gift rune is also chosen through the same reasoning, constantly blowing up our dogs will not only kill our enemies, but also leave us some nice healing globes, what can be nicer than that?
Sacrifice/next of kin: As mentioned above, this skill is going to be our main source of damage. Rune choice allows us to maintain zombie dogs more effectively, this coupled with Circle of life passive, and an emergency summon via the actual skill, practically guarantees that we will always have our rabid fellas kicking around.
Fetish Army/Tiki Torchers: Just another pet skill, to wreak more havoc. Some fire damage added into the mix via the torchers rune is also nice.
Gargantuan/Restless Giant: A big bad beefy pet for those nasty bosses and champions. Bonus health from zombie handler passive coupled with the rune choice makes this large hunk of flesh a perfect tank for more powerful enemies.
Fierce Loyalty passive: Considering our enemies will have to mow through the waves of our pets to reach us, why not make the mowing all the more painful? Get some thorns damage gear and hitting our little devils will become a major pain for the enemies. Health regen effect doesn't hurt either.
I decided to make a PvP Barbarian build since this is what I will be playing when the game is released
My build focuses on having lots of stuns, good mobility and damage. This way I can pin my enemies down to kill them or use it defensively to escape death I think mobility and control is key to do well and it fits my play style very well.
This is a good PvP Monk mode I called "Johnny Chan's."
Or that 70s martial artist--I forgot his name. Anyway, it is all about the quickness of your blows and in hurting them fast in PvP while getting out of there quickly (in & out b4 they even knew you were there).
Near Death Experience is in there for good measure just in case one enemy does catch ya.
My favorite aspect of the Necromancer in Diablo II was the ability to raise a skeletal army, and in Diablo III I'll be trying for the same thing with the Witch Doctor, even if it's not ideal. I think this build will give me the most minion-bang for my buck (though I may swap to Fetishes instead of the Gargantuan in the final game)
Hello there.Made a tank oriented spec here to be able to protect my friends butts Also with some lewt horny stuff coz i a loooove lewt :D.Anyways here it is a pve build to protect my allies and crack some monsters heads off.http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WZYSRP!bcT!acabac
Electrocute as AP generator Arcane Orb with low AP cost for pretty much spammable AoE damage Familiar for extra 15% damage and pet damage (lasts much longer than hydra and does quite the same damage according to tooltip) Teleport to gain distance when getting surrounded by enemies Slow Time to snare enemies even after they leave the bubble and to protect me from range projectiles Wave of Force to knock enemies back (does also quite alot of damage)
Passives:
Glass Canon for some extra pewpew Astral Presence mostly to improve AP regeneration, also increases base AP by 20 Temporal Flux to slow enemies at range since i'm only using spells that deal arcane damage
Enemies should have a pretty hard time trying to reach me while i can throw a lot arcane orbs to finish them off.
I love zombies, kinda.. So this is more or less a pure zombie (dog) build. Probably not the most efficient against bosses or end-game modes, but hopefully a bunch of fun along the way.
Basically a build where you let your undead army do most of the work for you; with zombies, zombie dogs and a big bad meanie all running around hitting (and blowing up) enemies. All while you stay fairly close and watch the carnage, benefiting from Grave Injustice to keep your zombie machinery running smoothly.
Hex and Mass Confusion is thrown in for whenever you get in a tight spot, or your zombie army (Diablo forbid) is torn apart.
Basically a build based around an endless stream of zombie dogs, with the occational rampant zombie or big bad zombie thrown in the mix. Runes can also be swapped around to have your brain-hungry cavalry deal fire or poison damage instead, and your army of running corpses instead slowing down (and slowing enemies down in the process!), all while relying on your zombie-dog-surgeons to patch you up whenever you receive a scratch.

Still haven't decided on class, but leaning towards barbarian if none of my friends pick it.
This build is mainly designed aroun soloing/support.

Aim is to deal as much damage before being overwhelmed by enemies.
And everyone loves huge numbers and bodies exploding.

This build sacrifices quite a bit of utility for more single target dps, probably more ideal in multiplayer than singleplayer.
