(Assume all cooldowns and durations apply!)
For example: You couldn't pick Monk's serenity and become immortal indefinitely! However it could still protect you for 3 seconds on a 45 second cooldown.
Also... Picking Wizard's Teleport only teleports you 35 yards on a 16 second cooldown. (Not across the world on a 16 second cooldown.)
I think I would choose Monk's Breath of Heaven. Whenever someone becomes sick or injured, I could heal them. (Obviously including myself) Then I could drop out of my senior year of college and become a Doctor, and pretty much become rich as hell. =)
Wouldn't work, new bank vaults all have anti-teleport shielding on them. Think I'm lying, prove me wrong :P.
OT: Time bubble (or whatever it's called). I think this could get you out of loads of sticky situations. Not to mention the money making potential (think "sleights of hand").

I used to shoot people in the knee with arrows, then I took an arrow to the knee.

Wizard's Disentigrate, definitely. I'd be really evil obiously but i could also do good if i wanted. and the rich part would just happen on its own. i mean how many people can shoot lazers out of their hands?

@Upgradez I could've faceplanted on the keyboard and still killed everything in act 1.
I work at a bank you would be caught on camera lol. And its not like in the movies where theirs millions of dollars in money bags lying on the ground for you to grab, there in lockers that im pretty sure you couldn't teleport into.
I would want the wizard's hydra. I think i would love to drop 1 of those in a sticky situation, preferably arcane cause it looks cooler.
WD Mass confusion, you can get hours of entertainment out of that
if you can pick from passives then near death experience and then jump from a high building or run into a car and fake your death
mystic ally might be fun too...
No but really... I could have a lot of fun with the wizards Slow Time ability.

May the heroes rise from the pit of despair and the bards sing of the day of death renewed to everlasting immortality....awaiting your return to the lands of Sanctuary may peace be with you on this day...your day of birth.
