First things first, I realize it is easier to do this in a group, but I do not have the means to group with others as I'm on PS4 without PS+.
So with one thing remaining in my season journey I have hit a brick wall. All I need is one more conquest (done avarice and solo GR 75) which has lead me to trying to do boss rush (the 2 min rift seems a complete matter of luck, and I really don't wish to fish for an open field first floor rift for hours on end).
Here's my problem. I've tried to do this probably 30 times and the closest I've gotten is about 30 minutes. I'm running a Rathmas necro with the following:
bone spike - stun rune, skeletal mages - singularity, command skeletons - freezing grasp, devour - sated, land of the dead - frozen lands, and blood rush - no health cost
cube is: In-Goem, Steward's Greeves, and Krysbin's Sentence
passives are: final service, life from death, overwhelming essence, and extended servitude.
Does anyone have any tips for how I can shave off time? Killing bosses takes literal seconds but getting to them takes far longer. I have enough CDR to get Blood Rush down to about 3 seconds and spam the hell out of it after killing an elite. Is it all a matter of guessing the right direction on the non-static bosses like Adria, Ursiel, Spider Queen, etc?
I had my clan offer to help on this conquest. Two DHs, one Necro. The DHs did nothing but run, and then activate the boss event. Both DHs declined, and the Necro and I accepted. They beat it in half the time. It was clear that the DHs had a well honed boss order, as I waited less than 20 seconds in between events.
So recruit a runner or two. Nothing in the task says 'solo'. and do Diablo last, his endless Death scene doesn't count in the timing.
As far as pure solo'ing goes, order helps shave alot of time, and since you're on t10 you dont need singularity, archer rune does just fine and helps with the random elites along the way to keep ingeom up.
Key points to remember about it. You're doing a conquest... dont kill anything you dont need to, dont loot anything at all, dont ever teleport to town without very nessesary reason.. simply tele boss to boss.

I've been doing non-static bosses first starting with Adria and/or Ursiel. If I can't get a good time on the first couple bosses I just restart.
And yes, I don't loot or stop for anything other than to kill elites.
I think the biggest problem is the necro's lack of mobility options. The only way I see to speed up travel time is the use of blood rush with Steward's Greeves but even there, a good amount of time is spent walking at normal (+25%) run speed between elite packs. Would be much easier once 2.6.1 hits, but it is what it is I suppose.
You can move better than 25% with the green belt, there are some other items that bump up maximum speed, but I don't recall them at 4AM. You would need to inventory two builds, one for speed and one for kill, unless you have really fast TP times back to town for the new closet. The easiest thing to do is give up the Necro, a Danetta'nades UE build is plenty fast and will wipe bosses out at T10.
I wouldn't give up so fast on an Attempt, you can learn shortcuts better with multiple runs. When I did Avarice, I just stayed in one Act until I had collected the 10 cache bags I needed, and only then moved to another act. My completion times dropped in half from initial cache to end cache.
Gem of Ease a Legendary 2 handed weapon and level up another INT class and do the Mastery Conquest. They get immediate access to all your INT non-set gear and gems and you just spend shards to get the sets you need and you can cube duplicate pieces that drop along the way for the missing set pieces. I solo almost exclusively and I did this trick a few seasons ago when I just wanted the stash tabs.
The easiest thing for levelling would be a Witch Doctor
While running rifts on the Necro you can use DBs to upgrade ceremonial knives and shards on Mojos until you have the Manajumas Set,
Create a WD and upgrade level 70 rings in the cube to get a Small Mans Finger (possible even before levelling it),
You can use the TP and Compass Rose off the Necro and using the Necro is also the fastest way to get a Witching Hour Belt,
Youll probly want to level the WD before the last step but it will be pretty fast if you cube the "small mans" ring with an extra gem of ease to allow you to wear it while levelling. Finally its just using shards from rifting on Necro or WD to get Helltooth set on WD and use those rifts to level the gems for the WD. (Enforcer Trapped and Stricken)

WD is the easiest class to do Boss Mode Conquest (Helltooth Turbo Chicken is the way!
If u aim for only 2 conquests and u are a necromancer, i will suggest doing GR75 Solo (u can easily do as soon as u finish the rathma singularity build) and then do the Avarice one.
Avarice is a piece of cake with a necromancer: i personaly did it with inarius set but u can easily do it with Rathma singularyt speed build: u have to use Avarince band (from Act 3 Bounties) + BoH, Goldwrap (for Toughness and extra gold) and Brigg's Wrath.
If u use this items and u use Aura of Frailty, u will suck everything to u and istant killing everything and pick up gold miles away.
Speed Demon is pretty easy on a UE DH. Speed gear and get a lucky pylon and open map T10 rift. Simple in a party but very doable solo. I know you are on a necro but just a thought it DH is an option for you. GL.

I had done Averice and GR75 already. Averice was really easy -- just did a cow level with a 50 hoarder gem.
I got lucky this morning and managed at a <2 min rift, so I'm all finished now. I might do a WD now just for fun in order to do boss rush. Not a class I'm too familar with so it should be interesting.
Appreciate all the advice, guys!

So the general consensus is this cannot be done?
