As I mentioned in my article, I was expecting more colored art (I'm a sucker for high quality Blizzard art) so initially I was a bit disappointed. After digging in more, the quality of the design, the quality of the material and the well written lore and art, I was sold. I would give it a 9/10 right now. It really is a fantastic little piece of literature.
I will research these questions more in depth but the part I remember most about the Black Abyss was the description that is a plane where those who didn't belong in the Heavens or Burning Hells were cast out to. More answers to come
