.... Or playing on Xbox360 console. The older versions of the game that haven't been updated on console are still playable offline, and thus don't have things like updated set bonuses and if you just bought it without updating it, your edition doesn't have Greater Rifts. Update/Install and try again.
You should always get at least one from every run.
True, but it also says at bottom of page 'GR key and machine drop rate (for all difficulties) and all T11-T13 drop rates are estimates'.
Which makes me wonder if its accurate for low difficulties.

T11-T13 are estimates because Blizzard never revealed any numbers after introducing those difficulties. Also, they only said that now every rift (from Normal on, the lowest difficulty) will always yield a GR key, so while the percentages for rift keys are estimates, I've never heard anyone complain about the numbers in this sheet, and it's been out for a looooong time (I think those numbers were derived almost a year ago or so).
The only thing I can think of is, like others have said, that OP wasn't level 70 at the time of killing the RG. Well or playing an old version on console. But as of now, every level 70 rift will always yield a key.

Ah ok thanks for clarifying that.

I have not gotten one greater rift key all the time I have been playing what am I doing wrong
You get keys from the rift guardian in nephalem rifts.
What difficulty are you playing on?
I'm on hard right now cause I'm trying no yo get better gear
I think the chance a key will drop on low difficulties is quite low. on torment 1 it should be %100 chance to drop.
I guess just keep at it or try a higher difficulty
According to this:

You should always get at least one from every run.
And may the odds be ever in your favour.

Yep, even from normal difficulty...unless he is not yet level 70.
