Strange thing is that on official leaderboards there are people listed with very low grift level complete. Dunno if its a bug, or its just showing of how little people actually plays the game (without additional "software")
The only true reason i use th is, as stated, for efficiency. First, the dmg and actual cds on my spells. Im not playing lottery and guess how much more dmg my multishot will do if i cube cindercoat or coe, nor will i guess if a zodiac is better or flat cdr. Second, the elite packs. If you run down a wide open field i cant even imagine how much packs you will miss only because you simply dont see them, because they sit 2 inches over the edge of your screen. You technically have to run such areas in a slalom to not miss something big, which is a purely timewaste and an unnecessary one too. Such things you will see on your minimap, whats about 1 screen ahead. So believe it or not, i almost never use the overlay map to "cheat" layouts and what not. I already know them, as i know which packs to skip and which not, because i like d3 and learned that shit long times ago. TH just makes it more efficient and therefore funnier for me.
End of the day, it's against ToS and it it irrelevant what you think about it. Becuase it is against the ToS it is deemed cheating as it is giving you an advantage, regardless if it is "maybe" or not, it's still an advantage over someone who doesn't use the banned program.
So basically you are claim that the only thing TH gives you is "efficiency" yet you state that you will shave up to 4 minutes on your grift time? unfortunately that is unfair on others as it's third party software/program that is clearly against the tos.
Problem is you have clearly become dependant on this program from your drastic reaction that you will quit the game, following this ban wave.
If you truly feel that this program only provided a slight "convenience", you would calm down and support Blizzards actions in having to ban all third party and act upon their tos to rid the game of the real cheaters.
TH will be seen as a cheat tool for many and not to some but it has to be banned in the interest of fairness and to discourage all future third party programs that are clearly not needed for this game. Makes it much easier to kill off the cheaters.
Sorry but TH affects players that don't use it. You are basically less effective than a player that uses it for group play (like the barb example). It also affects you solo pushing if you want to compete, just simply because you are less effective that those who uses it, not even mentioning that TH users have adventage in reaching higher grs over legit players.
Thud had features which I would love to see in the game, XP/H, DPS/DPM, Damage calculations for skills.
Blizzard is very strict about not wanting to provide players with extra tools, their in-game Toughness and DPS calculation is often terrible for new players. You see people stack it their DPS to 2m, but they do less than 1/5th the damage of someone knowing to stack particular items and have a sheet dps of 500k.
Bliz should look into what GGG (Devs of Path of Exile), adding features of the popular HUD into their game because they saw players WANTED them. Yes, within reason they shouldn't add things like Map hacks or tools that track mods locations on the map. But compromise, look at what things would benefit the game.
And before anyone attempts to accuse me, I don't use THUD. I can just acknowledge that various features would be a nice QoL update.
These cheaters, not just in D3, but in alot of other games need to be dealt with more harshly. It should also carry fines not to exceed 10,000 dollars and 10 years in prison. These vermin scumbags should be held in the same regard as pedophiles. That way, the prison inmates will rape and torture them, scarring them emotionally for life. Once released from prison, they'll become social outcasts, unable to get a job and become poor. They then can live in skid row in a cardboard box. Dogs will come by and pee on them. They will smell and become whinos and beg food at the homeless shelters.
All of this could of been prevented if they just would of read the D3 ToS and abided by it and not have cheated. They never prosper.

This is the greatest thing I will read all day, thank you sir.
@alucard of course you are right and i think everyone agrees on nice features that should be added. But what blizzard should do is a different topic than who blizzard should ban and what is a fair competition!
The site is still down, and basically it was a 'hand of god' move my ProBoards since they can take down a site for no specific reason.. although I'm sure they had one at this point.
HOLY THUD THREADS BATMAN! What happened, were you all sleeping for the whole season? Thud and botting go unchecked for months at a time, but Blizzard doesn't have the resources to fight it. Don't expect much to change, but expect to get a ban for using either. Weirdly enough though, they are retroactive in that, you can't see Gaby's famous DH clear way back

You clearing spend too much time playing games lol
I play on counsole. I just hope that the seasons will be server sided. I play on a PS4, no cheats what so ever. I don't see any accomplishments by running "mods," as they say. Got a group of guys that keep the game real.

Looks like Blizzard is really clamping down on cheaters in Season 9, and I have to say I applaud their efforts.
If you take a look at the 4-man leaderboard, it's easy to see there are hundreds of accounts now missing.
Out of the top 100 clears, there are only 102 people, rather than the expected 350+.
Don't cheat guys, it doesn't pay off.

Awesome to see banwaves at the back end of a season. Means they can't just power level back up again. Bring on season 10!
It now appears like the leading maphack for Diablo3's website and in-game services have been shut down!
Unbelievable if this is the work of Blizzard, Season 10 is going to be amazing.

Sad part is, they wont do this for console.

Actually, if you do some searching, you'll see that TurboHud's site was removed from ProBoards. You can read more here:

Hopefully they will be, because im tired of getting into lobbies with modded 20,000 paragon people.

A level playing field is always more fun for everyone
I hope to see you out there competing.
