Done this several times but nothing spawns. Even tried doing the event to see if completion triggers the chest spawning but nothing appears. Anyone had better luck?

Yeah, the event with the portal and having Kanai run around with you is active now. But there's no chest with the Kanai's Skorn white transmog item.

The chest only spawns from March 24-31. It will not spawn anytime before then at all.
