The only thing they buffed was sets not being used atm or used by a couple people. There is no other class changes other than Seismic slam getting a rune changed to do more damage for barb.
For DH issues, I'm the very last person in line to ask. All I know about this class is that UE DH is a fun build that rocks ;-)
Well maybe I know 1 or 2 more things, but by far not enough for theorycrafting the DH class. Let's summon Wudijo or Desolacer for that.
If I do some testing, it might revolve around wizard or crusader, as I'm very curious what new DMO and Roland's builds might emerge. I hope (but I think Desolacer's testing already shredded that hope) that Roland's is a contender for the gen monk's single target damage. And I wonder if we'll see a Twister comeback, something like DMO+Hydra+MH+Twister. But it's still a looooooooooong way to go. Also: if anything OP surfaces now on PTR it'll be nerfed to the ground, as usual (hi @WDs for like almost every PTR).
No. I said it would be nice if it became so. But initial testing by Desolacer didn't look promising. We'll have to wait and see. I don't think anything comes close to the gen monk at the moment but I'd love to see the meta shaken up.

Yes they will. It just cannot proc 3 times on one enemy. It's to help AOE. However, AD procs on skill cast. So if AD procs and knifes hit 3 targets. At 100% AD it should hit all 3 targets for 9*40,000 and all enemy's in AD range for 3*40,000. So it's an absolutely massive buff overall.

I did some setups on planner, only "major" thing is that you have to choose between Karlei and Greenstone (cause Dawn is mandatory in cube). Anyway since Karley works with bounces provided by the Ricochet rune, i suppse it will also work with the new quiver making the hatred regen also much more reliable.
Maybe (just maybe) we can see other runes (penetration comes to my mind) in use with S6.

The Seismic Slam change is a pretty large buff for Leap Quake. SS hits for 680% weapon damage, which isn't much. My Barb on live has the cap of 206 Fury, so with the new Rumble, SS would deal 3090% weapon damage.
This change also allows for Ancient Spear to be removed from the standard build for SS, and the Girdle of Giants to be worn instead of Dread Iron. This will push the damage of LeapQuake to levels that can complete with Raekor and WW.
its still bugged. I tested it just on a GR50. The dps output from shield Bash is much higher than shield glare proc. It counts the 5 most recent stacks however, it still lacks damage. It doesn't benefit from CoE (as in its bugged). Due to the CoE bug. I opted for a justice lantern.
Pretty much after the 5th stack of shield bash, your APS is ramped up so high its better to continue bashing. The moment you shield glare, you loose the 75% damage reduction and the 250% IAS. That means you need to re-stack.
The shield Glare was hitting for 450 mil. Which is nothing compared to other classes.
The Flail of the Ascended needs at least a 250% multiplier to compete with the Hammerdin build.

What Wizard "nerf"? Cooldown reduction buff isn't a nerf. Damage reduction increase isn't a nerf. Increasing damage from 2500% to 3500% isn't a nerf.
