Well, i've got too much work on my hands to dedicate serious time to d3 at that point, but I suspect the night-of-release ritual will look something like: a dozen research documents open on my laptop, a few books with a hundred post-it notes directing what should be my current reading or citations, at least a dozen un-answered emails coming up on my smart-phone constantly, a lot of missed calls from my friends, and a few gallons of the most stout english tea that money can buy. All the while my desktop whirr'ing furiously as I ignore the din to achieve "just one more level," for the night.

At some point later that week i'll crash and curse the day D3 entered my busy life. =)

Midnight release - obviously. CE all day. I may take video footage of the midnight release chatting with players about diablo godliness on camera. I think that would be cool but we'll have to see. After Diablo 3 is in my hands I will go home and play. The first play session being one of sickening length. I will possibly have altered my sleeping patterns ahead of time in order to focus and play all night into the day. I guess I'll share what else I've been considering... I've been thinking about a 24 hour livestream event. I think it would be amazing but worry everyone will be too busy playing the game to watch my stream lol I dunno. That being said, it's a huge maybe and nothing I could do without tons of practice streaming (of which i have none).

I'll just play through SP and not talk to people until I have finished the story. That's about it.

I do not want to be shopping at midnight, but I will download then if it's avalible. If not, I guess Wally World will most likely be the place to go and avoid the students I'd rather not run into at 12am.

If it's anytime before 12/14, probably go to school, do some tests, write some papers, and cry at the end of the day from the lack of being able to play the game D'=

Hopefully Blizz will allow us to download the client prior to launch (pretty sure Cata did this), so we just have to wait for the servers to come online.
