Just got on to Diablo 3 beta and they have changed the background and said they are wiping everyone characters to keep testing the beta. Could this be them getting ready for the closed beta??
I highly doubt the Friends and Family test would last less than 24 hours. I'm guessing they are testing out everything they can with the beta to get it ready for the closed beta. But when will that begin? Well...
This week, doubtful.
Next week, a little more promising.
But, if it's the week after that, my hair is going to be pulled out.
I called it 9-12-11 on a thread for beta date but I rather be wrong and get it this week

I love all loot fest kind of game! I will be playing all of them for the next few years. Loot fest games I'm looking forward to: LotR: War in the North,Torchlight 2,Borderlands 2 and of course Diablo 3.
Seems like a long-shot, F&F hasn't even been open for 24 hours yet.
The F&F beta has been active for much longer than 24 hours. Bashiok simply ACKNOWLEDGED it today, but he did say that we would notice posts in the beta feedback forums because the F&F test is underway.
