I was thinking about the five classes in D3 and wondering about which will be the least appealing to me and so the last to try out.
The least intriguing to me are barbarians, they feel too much "melee" to me and I'm not a "melee" player. I'm more in summons and/or magic.
Even in D2 the barbarian was the class that less suited me.
So, mine is the barbarian, what about yours?
Mines going to be Witch Doctor. He'll be the last one I play, also I just idk. dont really like the look of him.

Barb same for me. I prefer the "quicker" melee classes that don't seem so cumbersome and bulky. I like the melee aspect the game and the assassin was my favorite D2 character & rogue in WoW when I played that back in the day. The monk will be my first and I'll stick with it as long as it fits my playing style. The only question will be which follower to use! =D
Probably the monk for me. I can go either way with melee or ranged/spells, but if i do go melee, i want him to be a pretty big bad ass. In my opinion Barbarian > Monk when it comes to who is the bigger bad ass.
I picked DH, not because I don't like him, but because I didn't like the Amazon in D2 and I think that might hold true of her successor. Could be wrong, but I'd rather start with classes I KNOW I'll like.
Running up and smacking things is usually more appealing to me than shootiness. Less true of the Wizard/WD, who are more "explodey" than "shooty," if that makes sense.'
I don't know why everyone hates the WD , he's got some of the funniest sounding abilities in the game. Read the descriptions on the wiki! Pit of Fire? Fetish Army? SO GREAT.
I was originally going to save the best for last , that being wizard
but thats BS, il probably play every class twice and THEN play Demon hunter, just because i dont like ranged characters all that much
Im also surprised on how many people are hating on witch doctor XD, he will probably be very fun to play, but as ive said before, he is just gross XD, and that might play a factor in his lack of populatiry
I just have never been a fan of Rangers, so I picked the Demon Hunter to play last. I like classes that attack from range, but they just don't seem right. Maybe I feel the same way as OmniNom.
So far I'm thinking: Witch Doctor > Monk > Wizard > Barbarian > Demon Hunter.

My place really was here. I was too foolish and stubborn to notice. But, what I truly hoped for then was here. Why do I always realize it When I've already lost it.
Well it looks like Demon Hunter has pulled ahead, which comforts me 'cause I love the WD
I think it's a good thing as well, 'cause the most likely reason the Demon hunter isn't getting any love is because we know the least about him. We don't know his resource, and we know--at BEST--half his skills.
I imagine these numbers will be pretty even for all the classes once they talk about the rest of the Demon Hunter's stuff.
probably the Wizard. The stereotypical term for them is a "glass cannon" and if thats what you have to be if you choose to roll her (lol dirty) then I would hate playing the Wizard. I like to have a little more survivability.
These results are not what I expected! I really thought the DH was one of the top picks, not the lowest. Very interesting. I wonder if this is a good representation of the people who will play the game at launch.

Me too cannot comprehend why so many people don't like WD since it will be my first choice.
But still I don't much like barbs which usually have plenty of fans.
Oh well, seems to me Blizzard got a good mix.
Wow I feel lame, I never noticed that 0.0

keep in mind the d3 barbarian will be immensely different, except for a few skills
So far I'm thinking: Witch Doctor > Monk > Wizard > Barbarian > Demon Hunter.
Beefy Melee fighter is always the lowest skill cap and least interesting archetype in every game I've ever played.
I want a challenge.
But will eventually level a Barb just to have an intimate understanding of Barb mechanics in PvP.
And I also do not get the WD hate. Unlike everyone else, his skills just have so much character. And he says funny things.
