So, since the world average is half of what "many providers" are offering, you do realise for this to be true, about half the world has to have LESS than an 8.7MB Line?
I currently happily play on D2 Battle.NET with between a 300-500 ping (And know many who happily play on 800+), since there is no server on this continent.
FYI, when Diablo 2 first got released, I was playing Hardcore with a 1200+ ping - Let me see YOU try do that!
So, before you call me a troll - Please realise that not everyone in the world is living such an ideal life as you! [/rant]
Anyways - Back on topic...
What systems will be in place with Diablo 3 to cater for those with slower internet?
Your above "rant" not only reinforced my statement (Average internet is not as crappy as yours), but also proved that you're nothing but an angry troll. And I find it funny that you proudly proclaim "I played diablo 2 with 1,200 ping on hardcore!", like that's something to be proud of. Also, if you really did your research, you would know that Onlive isn't supported in many other countries right now besides the US, the UK, and a handful of european countries. You know, the places where 8+ megs is the standard. As I said before your little... "Rant", that, I guess you think was supposed to "Shut me up and blow me out of the water", which, instead, only backed up my statements, You might want to upgrade past 56k. Just because you can play a game from 2000 at 1,200 ping, does not mean you'll be able to play one from 2011 at that ping.
1.) Is the Demon Hunters resource Stamina?
and
2.) Can we expect to loose durability in the arenas from the constant clashing or our epic battles? (plz)

1. About mailboxes. Muling quite frankly sucks, and its going to happen if they do not give us mailboxes.
2. About bots (and gold sellers), and the ability to report/ignore players/accounts both in chat and in-game.
3. About the ability to kick players from any particular game.
4. About join game timers, and the ability to simply reset a game while inside of it instead of having to join a new game (been said already, I know).
5. About corpse-popping, though I'm pretty sure Bash already said this will not be an issue.
6. About the annoying "Failed to join game" message that seems to prevail on the screen for an eternity, usually in relation to question number 4, which is related to question number 2.
7. About the ability to loot more than one Unique charm, but only have one activated on a character at any one time. It's stupid to have to drop a Torch just to pick up/check another, or worse, go get a hell mule to pick it up. We should be able to pick it up, just have it "greyed out" until we either activate it, trade it, or send it to another character via the mailbox.
8. The size of the party allowed in a game should at the least be in direct relation to the amount of classes available for play. Five classes should allow for five players in a game, one of each class (or mixed).
9. Teleportation in town... do it please, Blizzard.
10. Renaming mercs.
11. Mercs showing equipment like players, instead of having a single default look.
12. Identify and Town Portal should be spells players can learn (or have by default), instead of carrying around tomes that waste Inventory Space. Keys I understand.
13. Barb shouts. Hopefully barbs will still have loud, bellowing, echoing shouts, instead of the crap Blizzard gave to Warriors in WoW.
14. Thank you Blizzard for not installing a version of your pet Paladin class... oh wait, the Monk. Nevermind. We all know what the OP class will be at launch.
15. Hurry up and release D3, please!
Thank you to Blizzard for developing awesome games, and thank you to Curse for helping support the community.
Dude, seriously - I don't know what your problem is. You started answering questions nobody asked you, in a thread that was made for sending questions and not answering them and if it wasn't enough you are using outdated info. I know wiki page, the qoute you gave is at least year old, many things changed since then - like traits for instance, we really don't know if those you mentioned even exist anymore. The mechanic of resources likely changed because of the rebuild of basic attributes. I repeat - I asked my question because I want to know the present state of Barbarian's resource mechanic and how Willpower affects it. Secondly, I asked about Cleave as a Fury generating skill because Bashiok mentioned it several times in his posts so there was a reason behind it. If you would read my questions carefuly you would notice I wasn't asking about traits anywhere so sorry but please don't take the voice not being asked to.
Sorry for offtopic everyone, just wanted to clear a few things up - let's back to the subject now
i personally like that he replied to the questions that we already know the answer for. that way people get an answer now and not wait till the 1st hoping that their question was picked. I take it you have not done much research at all, because just recently they talked how fury works. Bashiok also mentions there are various skills that build up rage, multiple times. he just uses cleave when hes making an example.
i dont see how he has a problem. going out of his way to enlighten those who dont know. you could have easily let it go, but you responded and making an issue. sounds like you (and me) are the ones with the problem.

You DO realise the current world-average is 8.7MB?

But wait - There's more!
http://www.netindex.com/download/allcountries/
Only 39 / 172 listed countries have an 8.7MB line, or faster!
Seeing as how you need a +- 5MB Line to stream a 1080p movie - That means only 1/3rd of the world can do that!
So you see - In this "modern" day and age, only 1/3rd everyone has access to the equivalent internet of your:
