Huck- notice i never mentioned D2. i personally like many of the things D1 had, but those were removed in D2
SFJake-
potions are almost necessary especially against bosses and any future superuniques. life and mana orbs force you to keep attacking a boss even if you are at 10% health. you no longer have the option to run away a little and recuperate with a potion.
Potions are still in the game they just have a CD on them which is good (thank god).
No longer having 8 people in a match...mm I've always been one to like more people to be honest but then again I never played D3 so I don't know if 4-6-8 is better or worse.
true but if we don't care, especially about good features being nerfed or removed, then the next game sequel that blizzard works on may nerf or remove more things, and we'll be even more pissed off. and as long as we don't voice our concerns, blizzard won't know that we are pissed off. therefore blizzard won't change or appease its customers.

Their custumers are not who bought D2, but who will buy D3.
At the last 3 years the game market had a boom, wich means a new crowd of potential buyers joined target poblic possibilities. Creat a game that please both old school players and new pllayers is their focus, i believe. Thats theyr are making the game more and more friendly, but also add intering features.
All i wish is that game keep a good space to all kind of players, from hardcore freaks to extreme casual players, from soloers to people who love to take a part in the community.
for real! exactly what i thought before i even finished reading what the post said.
you act like d2 came out like a year ago. things are gonna change its been 10 years since D2 came out for pete sake! if they wanted it to be exactly like D2 they would've made another expansion.
D3 wont be exactly like any game out as of now. I say D3 is ganna be like 20% D2 and WoW and 80% a new unique game.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I went outside once. The graphics were good but the gameplay sucked.
