I have done more than 30 bounties with my level 70 wizard, Torment 7. No Sage's recipe!!!

A friend told me that you need to level 4 chars to 70 to get the recipe.

I have read that it is a know bug, and you need to level a second char to 70, you will get the recipe with him.

What can I do? I really need that recipe in season.

I think I have that already and only have the one seasonal character...But I'm para 370ish and still getting patterns/recipes, whatever they are calling them, for the blacksmith...Probably because I don't do many bounties.

For me, the recipes stopped 15 bounties ago. Still no Sage's :-(

i only have 1 character this season and i got it so it's not necessary to level 4 chars or 2.

i only did like 3 sets of bounty, once on t7 and twice on t10, so it can't be bugged unless you mean it's bugged for wizards.

I mean that, maybe, sometimes, a bug happens and "block" the recipe for that char. Starting another one gives you another chance.

Sometime you get it with your first char, sometime you need more... I don't know, just guessing... (hope I could explain it).
