I really don't remember all that well, but, from what I remember from D2 is that once you completed a difficulty, you couldn't see the previous difficulty's game list. This was really annoying, especially if you want to play with lower level friends.
I'm sure they are doing this, but I would like to be able to see all the game lists
Also, I would like there to be a place next to the game name to type what kind of game.
Lets say I'm making a Act 2 staff quest game, this can be the game title that everyone sees; but if you highlight the game title, then you can see more depth information of what the host of the game wants to do. Make a small scrollable box in the corner of B-net.

When you think about it, it ain't that hard. Add tags, separate by commas, search Baal OR "Baal run" and there it is.
IMO it's a good idea for d2 gameplay. For d3 I'm not so sure - as they've said they disapprove of runs.
