So another season is upon us and I want to delve in once again.

But before I start I'm faced with having to sort through a bunch of items in my mail .....

One part of me tells me to go through it all and optimizing my nonseason chars with whatever upgrades the seasonal gear might contain.

Another part of me just dont want to bother and disenchant it all.

What did you do with your nonseason gear?

First off, full disclosure, I'm a casual, I don't push for leaderboards n such...

I did dig through my stuff and anything that was ancient or newer items I did compare and file away, the rest simply went through the grinder and packed away.

However I did two classes last season and I'm not doing that again if I can avoid it. Too much crap.

Honestly, you only really need to consider holding on to ancients and even then, only the well-rolled ones, so anything else can be disenchanted without thinking about it (assuming you already have the item unlocked in cube). The only other thing to note is that seasons offers an unlockable stash tab, which obviously gives you more space to hoard things, so if you feel unsure about a borderline item, it's probably better to hold onto it, at least for now.

Delete all non-season, nobody cares about non-season anyway. Especialy HC players. Keep only one char for mats

whats the point of the mat thing then?
i keep 1 character and only good rolled ancients from each season on nonseason. pretty much just as a kind of trophy room so i can go and look at all the gear i have gotten over the years. i figure in a few years i will want something to show for all the hours i put in. not just my profile. i play HC

I mostly play NS and I know that there are a lot of others that do too. Saying that no one cares is a little vast.

I recommend what a lot of others have said. Compare the old and new gear to each other and then get rid of anything that is not well rolled or you know that you can't use for a build that interest you.

I keep everything and my 14 chars are mules.

I can build practically anything. If i can remember what's where...

Cool stuff, thx for feedback all. Guess I'll sit down and start compare stuff, then when Im sick if doing that Ill rage disenchant the rest lol.
