first off, i'd just like to know what exactly has happened to Diablo at this point in the series. we killed him in the first game, then apparently he retreated back into his soulstone, leaving Prince Albrecht. the game assumes you were the warrior (what happens to the other two, anyway?) and you shove the soulstone into your forehead. enter D2. This time, we go to hell and kill the dude. this time he turns to dust. where's the Wanderer's body/Diablo's soulstone?
anyway, i think that both Azmodan and Belial should be in the game. these guys are total badasses. together, they amassed a huge demon army to overthrow the Prime Evils and kick them outta Hell! i really don't see how you could have one without the other.

Wtf?
Diablo was trapped within the Wanderer's body.. Diablo eventually took over and the Wanderer's body transformed into Diablo and his cloak dropped to the ground.
I believe this was in Tal Rasha's tomb when the three met up with each other in one of the cinematics.
So, now you know what happened to the Wanderer's body.
Play the game.. and watch for yourself. lol

Watching 240 guys talk trash about cavaliers is like two retards having a slapfight over a sippy cup.
baal looked fitting, he seemed to be the most intelligent among them and thus had a humanoid form. how do we make him less feminine without dumbing him down to diablo?
how the hell does belial get 26 and azmodan get 12?
I was stuck between the two, I wanted to fight one of them, but wasn't sure which one I wanted to fight more. So I just voted for the one on top, which happened to be Belial.
Plus Belial is part of many different lores and I'm more familiar with him from other games and would like to see how Blizzard's version of Belial would look like.
Bartuc!!!!! would love to have his armor and helm after defeating him!!!!!
Again, we killed him in the first game, so no cameos from this dude.
It's pretty much implied that at least one of the two remaining lessers will make an appearance (in that interview where the dev mentions them being unaccounted for). That 'Gluttony' incarnate implies Azmodan will be around, yet the one from the trailer just seems to scream Belial.
All I know is they better keep my boy Tyreal on our side the fence.
I fully expect we'll see Azmodan and Belial in the next game, but not as final bosses.
If you take the time to remember, Izual states that the Prime Evils orchestrated their own exile from hell. Meaning, they intended for the Lesser Evils to kick them out. It was part of the plan to eventually corrupt and destroy the Worldstone.
I honestly believe that in the 20 years between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3, the Prime Evils retake hell from Azmodan and Belial, and have each punished. Meaning we could quite possibly see Diablo and the other two once again. Which I'm perfectly okay with.
As for Tyreal being corrupt... I just don't see it happening. I figure he'll probably be cast out of Heaven, but I really don't see him turning to the side of Evil. If he were truly an agent of Hell in disguise, he would not have destroyed the Worldstone, as the corrupt worldstone created an imbalance that would have allowed Hell to take over Sanctuary and invade heaven, which is something the Prime Evils wanted.
I'm surprised how many people want to fight Tyreal!

Meh, I really doubt she can 'sense evil' or whatever. She was probably just excited about a shoe sale or something, coincidentally when evil was about.
no question beliel and azmodan are in it its impossible for them not to be they are the only two who haven been fought yet out of the 7 great evils.... but uh other than that i would love to see imperius that would be better if an angel who wants to destroy sanctuary ends up the corrupt angel and thn fights tyrael in wich tyrael loses and then you come and kill imperius

well, my main point is that not only is Diablo's soulstone gone (this was confirmed in the Lore thread), but that we killed Diablo. in Hell. he turned to dust. we didn't send him "back to Hell", as he was already in Hell when we killed him in D2. he turned to dust. i think this is the point where he needs to be resurrected. if he doesn't need to be rezzed, what the hell happened to him?

You should check the Lore section of this forum.

Tyrael will never be a boss. Tyrael is not corrupted, please give up on the corrupted Tyrael theories.
He would own everyone!!!
