why keep adding new awesome sets while you can improve those were once epic ones
crusader AC set:
2 pieces :50%-80% resource cost reduction while in AC form
4 pieces: reduce 50% CD of AC
6 pieces: while in AC, damage of your shotgun, condemn, blessed shield, FOH is increased by xxx%
monk inna
2 pieces : same
4 pieces : same
6 pieces : your damage is increased by XXX% and your MAs copy your moves and deal the same damage as you do (i posted a thread talking about MAs copy your moves long time ago before inna was 6 piece set)
My personal take is that every class needs their one catch all set, where you can use pretty much whatever spender you like. Sets such as Tals, IK, Nats and Akkhans (which needs a buff for sure). So for Akkhans I'd like to see them keep the resource portion and add an overall raw damage boost.
raw damage boost = they have to redesign all sets for all classes
blizzard made a huge mistake in the very beginning, that's why ppl quit D3 and headed for POE (i played for a while then i gave up coz i dont wanna invest my time into it and get a headache)
What? There's already raw damage sets, like the ones I mentioned. I was commenting that Akkhans should get a damage buff to be competitive, and have it be raw damage such as the IK set so Saders have a catch all set like every other class.
i'd like to point out that there's already a change coming to most of the old sets in 2.4. it was said in their recent Q&A.
other than that i'd like to throw in my opinion which is you can give Akkhan's set a raw dmg increase just like barbs IK but upon doing so there will also need to be a whole new set of bracers. example "Foh deals 200% more dmg to the first target hit", "Heaven's Fury attack speed increased by 10% per stack up to 5 time" and "Condem's damage to rift guardians is increased by 1000%" (since it's single target is weak as shit lol). But you get the idea and we'll have to wait and see what happens in 2.4 ptr
Akkahn should look toward an increase in FoH and Heaven's Fury, while Inna's should most certainly look to revive Sweeping Winds for the Monk.
What exactly those adjustments should look like is something I'm not going to get detailed about, but retaining the principle functionality (as they currently stand) of these sets is important, they just need to add some raw damage multiplier for disused skills such as the ones mentioned above in my post.

The angel Braid bonuses stuck up, something that gives condamned vaccum rune effect.

Another helpful mechanic is the fact you cast x time due amount of Phalanx further makes your zodiac ring valuable and leg gems OR you can pick EU ring and the weapon thevsummoned phalanx per kill under AC for server crash.

there's already some great items for phalanx, example being the ring "Eternal Union" (if im correct), that could be buffed outside of Akkhans set.

only real redesign Inna's needs is to have it's buffs condensed to a single icon.
