Hey guys, today I give some tips on how to get into the PTR faster during the 2000% legendary drop rate buff event. I discuss which difficulties to queue for, communities to join, numlocking to stay in a game, and more. This process is identical for every PTR and buff event. Enjoy & discuss!
It seems to be a lot easier now actually. I got in a couple times today into Expert/Master after about 20 minutes of waiting, with a listed queue time of ~4 hours. Just cycle the difficulties and join the fastest one. Funny, because Normal actually has a really long queue time because everyone is 'smart' ... kind of like the fast lane during rush hour being the slowest.
I made a level 1 character on my son's account, entered a Torment X que and got a game in less than 5 minutes. I joined his game and created a normal rift and leveled him 1-70 is less than 5 minutes. Boom! T-X fresh game. Rinse & repeat to refresh bounties.

Actually for bounties you might as well just do T7, as you get the same amount of mats as T10. I queued for T7 in about 20 minutes today.
wow i had hope for a few min, said 7min wait time torment x then suddenly it changed to 10hour.. wtf ???? guess the magic buff is still active
It switches a lot, but the 'upper end' isn't accurate either. I'd recommend T5-7 honestly. You can get in pretty quick, you get more legs/hr doing the regular rifts, and you can always do grifts at whatever tier you want.

I recommend T8. I waited only about an hour for a few times.(Saturday night UTC-8.00)
