So I've studied crit chance/damage/weapon damage on and off over the past several months, and I'm still kinda confused on what to do to help my dps. I currently show 1.1 mil on the char doll, but im only critting in the 8-10 mil range.
What will it take to get me up in the 50-100 mil range? I can 'survive' in T6 but my real dps is so low that it takes me 5 mins to dps anything down.
You aren't wearing any class sets, and you don't have any legendary gems. That is how you deal high damage in this game. Class sets, such as the Wrath of the Wastes set, bring set bonuses that deal thousands of percent weapon damage. In the current state of the game, non-set character builds are vastly inferior to set based builds. Since you are playing non-season, you should aim for acquiring 5 pieces of Wrath of the Waste set and 3 pieces of the Immortal Kings set (one of those pieces must be the weapon), along with a Ring of Royal Grandeur to unlock the 6 and 4 piece set bonuses of each set respectively. For that item composition, you want Bane of the Trapped, Taeguk, and Pain Enhancer as legendary gems. That combination can take you into greater rift 40-50 territory easily. There are a number of guides on this in the build section on Diablofans front page.

roll a ZDPS sader, farm paragon.
If you farm enough paragon, you'll do more dmg than RORG, Waste, IK etc even with your green and blue items. So start farming, that's all the game is
