Apparently Blizzard is having major issues with the RMAH at the moment. Almost no one in the last week has recieved items they have bought. RMAH was crashing over the weekend due to stress.
Blizzard recently upgraded their technical support policy on Auction Tickets too. Used to be after 72 hours you could submit a ticket, just recently they increased it to 120 hours(5 days), today they just updated it to the following:
If you have still not received your items/gold/money after 10 days (240 hours) then please contact our Billing Department by submitting a support ticket (required) as described below so that they can investigate further. Bear in mind that these investigations can take a while to complete.
Blizzard is now asking for 10 days to get people their items, even though they are still billing credit cards immediately.
Apparently, with GM confirmation and multiple player testimonials, they are now banning anyone who is requesting a chargeback from their credit card company, even though Blizzard is failing to provide they item/service they were paid for. GMs have stated the ban will stay until the customer has paid back Blizzard for the amount of the chargeback plus chargeback fees. Also upon account reactivation, that account will be banned from using the RMAH.
Just giving you guys a heads up, I've been waiting for 6 days now for 2 items I spent over $100 on, and wanted to save you guys from falling into the same boat.
Thanks for the heads up, but I have a hard time believing just 'requesting a chargeback' will actually get you BANNED. This is most likely not the full story, and the story is probably leaving out those people yelling at Blizzard / threatening lawsuits, ect.

But, again, thanks for the RMAH headsup
About simply asking for a charegback in a ticket?? Or is it about cancelling an order / getting your credit card company to request a chargeback?
Yup I'm waiting on 8 days now. I wonder what's going on?
You're a wizard Harry.....
