Does anyone know how much of a stat increase you will get per paragon point for each of the stats? And do all of those stats have a cap? Doesn't that mean your Paragon levels are effectively capped?
We won't know how it will work until Blizzcon/November 8-9.. I doubt anything has been finalised. All we know is that Account Wide Paragon Level we get will be based off our total Paragon Experience (over all characters).
So all we know is to grind paragon levels now because it might be worth it when this change is made

Well actually we don't even know that much. As it's implemented now, which it's been stated time and time again it's subject to change, is it's overall exp. While that does seem the most logical approach as it benefits the majority of the players, there's still a pretty good chunk of players that have only ever focused on one character, and that does put them at a disadvantage.
While it's probably safe to say it'l be total experience, I wouldn't consider anything concrete yet.

why would it put them at a disadvantage? unless they have been grinding further when already paragon lvl 100 on that one character. If some thing they will gain an advantage to the other characters as they will get paragon points to spend without any work put into them.
back to the original question, AMT it seems that all stats has a cap of 50 points per stats (from screen shots we have seen) and we have been told there are 16 stat category's so in its current state its 800 paragon points to distribute. and now to max em out if its 1 point per paragon level it will take 800 levels to max out if its 5 paragon points per level it will take 160 paragon levels to max out.
remember that we dont know anything about the new exp rates, point caps might change, stat value per point, paragon points per paragon level might change. (hope its 5 per levels to keep it in line with Diablo, and Diablo II)
