I'm trying to find out how attribute ranges on ilvl 60+ rares work.
What I understand is that you have a chance to roll three different attribute affixes. A main attribute with a range of 30-100, a split affix of vit = 30-100 & main = 30-100, and a pure vit affix of 30-100.
So a total of 200 main and 200 vitality is possible.
Is this correct? Can anyone link me to a page explaining the possibilities for each equipment type?
That's a useful link, WNxManiacMan. Really helpful! (not)
@horadrimm: You're somewhat right, but only somewhat. The maximum roll for attributes can be higher than 200 on many slots; for example, some stats can roll 300 on some specific armor slots, and 350 on weapons. And the newly introduced crafted recipes allow for up to 230 base stat rolls, e.g., on shoulders, which makes the maximum roll a 330 and therefore "top the charts".

For a list of the maximum roll of each specific stat on each slot check this brilliant website: http://www.d3maxstats.com/
Of course not all of these are possible on one item. One way to find out a specific combination of maximum rolls you're interested in is to check out Diabloprogress item search: http://www.diabloprogress.com/items/?class=all&slot=all&item_name=&stat1=dex&val1=&stat2=int&val2=&stat3=vit&val3=&stat4=str&val4=&stat5=&val5=&stat6=&val6=&max_bo=&compare_to_btag=&sortby=score
For example, take a look at this monster: http://www.diabloprogress.com/item/17888053
