ilvl63 affixes, yes. I assume the items themselves are still ilvl62.

All the items in MP1 or above will generate ilvl 63 affixes, except for the set/legendary non random attributes.

Yes, if you have a quick look at the AH you can find WD Mojo's with 10 Crit Chance.
