Is the MF cap 300 WITH NV, or 300 before?

Will you be able to have 375 after NV stacks? Or is 300 the cap period?

kind of getting both sides of this, wondering what the truth is?

yes. 300mf from paragon/mf gear (highest to achieve, regardless of 50PL and 150mf gear, or 100PL and 0MF gear) + 75 from nv = 375%
