I noticed that the characters have a sound effect when they're first selected on the character creation screen, I'm pretty sure this wasn't there before.
9. An arrow appears above skill slot which you're going to fill with some skill (thx Alatos)
10. Different dialogs window (accepting follower, using teleport stone, cancelling video...) are bigger now.
A bunch of Black Mushrooms I found in a dungeon (you can collect a black mushroom)
12. Health potions were changed (thx lorien1973 and MaxPow3r):
Minor Health Potion: 100 -> 250
Lesser Health Potion (available at the tavern vendor now): 150 -> 400
Health Potion: 275 -> 550 13.
It seems to be replaced with +attack speed (so far all I've found are all +10%). If it's true you can only use a quiver on a 2 handed bow/crossbow, then this would be their solution to make the slower weapon more competitive.
Wizard
1. Many skills and runes were moved to other levels:
- Arcane orb was moved to lvl 5. T_T
- Ray of frost is unlocked at lvl 2. It became painful to level at the beginning. Especially now, when there are so much monsters around...
- Electrocute was moved to lvl 15.
- 'Sleet storm' rune (Ray of frost) is now available in beta. Cool thing
- Energy twister is now available in beta. Cool thing too
- and so on...
2. Last passive skill (Unstable Anomaly) is now unlocked at level 60.
-Bola shot now explodes instantly if hitting a container or bit of destructible environment. This also deals damage to nearby enemies instantly, adding another tactical dynamic to demon hunter gameplay.
-If an enemy with a Bola shot on them is killed before it is allowed to explode, it will explode upon their death. This didn't happen in the past, and now it makes it a lot more useful in multiplayer

Why don't you guys like passives gained up to 60? Do you not plan to hit 60? lol That's the incentive to hit 60, if you level up and its a rune you don't like then grind some more levels. The game is all about grinding/farming...

Anyone able to tell me if I'm crazy about this part I mentioned? I reviewed old footage and couldn't hear these sound effects before, but I didn't have many samples to verify with.
EDIT to clarify: Barbs will shout and you can actually hear it. There's some kind of magical sound effect when the wizards, DH, and monks do their flourish.. WDs can be heard chanting.
Just playing through with my old lvl 9 Demon Hunter (still has a runed bola shot even though the rune now doesn't unlock untill after lvl 13!) and I've noticed a few changes.
-Bola shot now explodes instantly if hitting a container or bit of destructible environment. This also deals damage to nearby enemies instantly, adding another tactical dynamic to demon hunter gameplay.
-If an enemy with a Bola shot on them is killed before it is allowed to explode, it will explode upon their death. This didn't happen in the past, and now it makes it a lot more useful in multiplayer
I don't know if it's just me, but it feels like "clickable" things like guards' corpses and chests drop a lot more gold now. Previously I used to loot 5-10 gold from them, now at level 4 I find things containing stacks of 35g+.
EDIT: I've killed a few Treasure Goblins so far, and all of them have dropped 3 blue items each. Might be a coincidence and/or luck, but I've never gotten this much loot from them before.
Health potions heal for a lot more health now:
First level potions are like 250 now, up from 150.
Second level potions (available at the tavern vendor now) are up from like 250 (?) to 550.
Seems like the worms that spawn from the fat boys are a little larger/easier to spot. Melee skeletons feel like they got a minor facelift too - a bit bigger perhaps?
I met a Nightmarish enchanted monster, a skull appeared above my char (like when you use Horrify) and my char flee!!!!
Was wondering what their special ability was. I figured they just did more damage. I didn't notice my guy flee from them or anything.
Someone can correct me, but firebats spell changed. Used to be you could hold down a mouse button and just spin in circles, now you move around if you click while casting it. Bummed me out.

Yeah they drop more loot now. Still hate those damn things. I chased one half way around level 4 earlier.
They nerfed the random spawn in the hallowed fields or whatever. Sometimes, you'd get 4 gravestones surrounded by a stone fence. Each stone would pop a purple skeleton, each of which nearly always dropped a purple item. Now they are just regular mobs.
1. Many item's level requirements became higher. For example, rare belt from BS. And weapon of my wizard T_T And so on...
2. Changing skill or rune doesn't cause a cooldown (in town).
3. Waypoint in the Royal Crypts is much nearer to entrance now.
4. 'Town portal' has got new icon! Great change
And new sound when casting it.
5. There are much more monsters around the world. More elites. And more monsters that spawn from Grotesque.

I found the black mushrooms in patch 13, it's one of the many random things in the game. I still found new "events" after multiple play throughs.
