First Unity: IF you already rerolled any stat for the socket, there is nothing you can do to improve it, but if the Socket isn't rolled already, I would reroll the Critical Chance into Critical Damage, but depends if you have high critical chance or not, else just reroll it for more CHC.
Second Unity: It's already rerolled into CHD, so if you want a socket you will have to reroll it and keep the Critical Chance.
I would use the first Unity ONLY if the socket wasn't rolled already.

1st unity hasn't been rolled, do you think int > CHD would be better than CC > CHD?
rolling the 4.5 CC to 6% CC would be pointless, I could just use the 2nd (2% elite dmg > 30~ Int)
Get a socket on the second Unity and use it. It gives you +1.5%CC and 2%Elite Dmg sacrificing 28int.
Yeah, should i drop CC or int for it?
How are you going to drop CC or int if you already rerolled a stat for the CHD?
theres 2 unitys there
The person you quoted only mentions the second unity, then you ask if you should drop CC or int for it which is the other unity. I am basically telling you he is not talking about that Unity.

Well stat weights will always be relative to your current gear, so it can fluctuate. You could do some calculations for expected stats with perfect gear, but that will never be obtainable anyway.
Also as people mention, there is the defensive benefit from INT as well to consider, not just pure DPS.
The ideas I see floated around lately are that you only want to reroll the INT on the amulet, since the amount of gains from 20% Fire damage or 100% CHD outweigh the benefit of 750 INT, but for rings, the ratio is smaller, 500 INT vs 50% CHD, so INT is worth keeping.

See thats the thing, 494 int offers me 100k damage, 4.5% crit offers 100k damage, 50% CHD offers 140k damage (42 for 100k)
but if I where to take 4.5 CC + 40% CHD, the numbers would grow alot higher than if I where to keep int + CC/CHD?
Sorry, I'm not to good at this, and I couldn't get a proper dmg calculator working to compair all options properly >.<
Unity - http://postimg.org/image/ea8klnl81/
I'm currently sitting at 8600 intel (8400 with MS paragons)
47% CC
365% CD
Should I roll the 1st unity for socket
Should I roll the 2nd unity CC into CD
Should I roll the 2nd unity Int into CD
edit : please close my other thread, not this one.

Rerolling the INT to CHD would be good so you could use for any class. But you would lose some defensive from 490 int loss.
on DPS% wise I don't really know if the INT would net more than 4,5% CHC, sorry.

After putting my stats in it was about 10k out.
I ran the numbers anyway and this is what I got
Unity 1, INT > 40% CHD - 773k Sheet, 2702k Elite
Unity 1, 4.5 CC > 6% CC - 776k Sheet, 2712k Elite
Unity 1, 4.5 CC > 40% CHD - 769k Sheet, 2689 Elite
Unity 2, CHD > Socket, 2734k Elite
Assuming this is correct, the 2nd unity actually offers the best elite damage, UNLESS I manage to pull out a 47 CHD or higher roll.
Keep in mind, I havn't hit 400 paragon yet so I still have 1.3% more CC to obtain
Now, does anyone have or know where I can get a 100% accurate DPS calc? or is willing to run the numbers for me and confirm?
