1st Amulet - Go for 80% + Crit damage? (the passive is nice)
2nd Amulet - Roll for crit damage? (the secondary would stack well with my string of ears waist)
3rd Amulet - Already has a nice crit damage/chance roll. Could roll Arcane to socket
eye for solo play until hellfire/immunity amulet, blackthorne for group play (where we go full glass cannon)
unity: i prefer crit chance over dmg, until 50% chance, after that, crit dmg, i would use the one with crit dmg (after you rerolled critdmg to a socket)
soj: cd reduction to crit dmg (if you're using the crit chance unity in the other slot)
Something to keep in mind that both Unity and Haunt of Vaxo require topaz to re-roll, therefore I wouldn't go absolutely crazy unless you're sitting on full stacks of topaz gems. The first amulet looks awesome but in the end you might want to prefer a "more useful" amulet like Tal Rasha's, Blackthorne's, Hellfire, or an immunity amulet - which of course is a long shot, but wasting 1000 topaz on an amulet which is not absolutely "best in slot" can also be dangerous, and getting CHD is the most difficult stat on an amulet.
If you don't have lots of topaz I'd just re-roll the Eye (int to CHD) or the Blackthorne's, or even keep it as is if you're fine with only two gems. As for the Unity - again, getting a high CHD roll for the CHC on the first might take some time, and it won't be a "BiS unity". Getting the socket for CHD on the second one *might* be easier.
So: The *best* solution if you have a lot of topaz is to re-roll the first ring and first amulet. However, taking RNG and "gem scarcity" into account there are other options to consider, that's all I wanted to point out - especially since both won't be "BiS items" ;-)
Your eye of etlich is basically bis. Reroll the int to 100% crit damage. That ranged damage reduction is HUGE. BiS amulet really is fire elemental damage, crit damage and crit chance with a socket. I would without a doubt use the Eye of Etlich for high greater rift progression solo play. Your haunt of vaxo is also pretty amazing but the reduced range damage is just too big to pass up. Great find man!

you have no idea how close i was to salvaging it, then i noticed the secondary.. haha
Nice to see how Topazes are becoming a big topic now
About rerolls in general:
First, I would only look at the non-rerollable stats and decide which of the given items is better in that regard. Then come the economic aspects: Does this item warrant the use of Topazes (or Rama gifts, rest should be no issue by now)?
Unitys: The first one requires some number crunching. I was about to just write it's +28 int, -2% elite damage and fire res instead of cold compared to the second. But then I thought of rolling the int into CHD. That could very well be the ultimate solution. Plus you then have a universal Unity.
SoJs: If the first one is already re-rolled, the second with a socket is probably better (over cdr).
Necks: Many high ranked players seem to use their best rolled 7xx mainstat, CHC, CHD, sock amulet independent of its other abilities. However in your case I think the Ettlich wins, because 17% fire damage isn't much worse than 744 int and the bonus ability is huge, especially given that both other choices don't have any. Well, technically Blackthorne could provide set bonuses with the belt, but since you already have a String of Ears, that's no longer a factor imo.

The problem with rolling the 1st unity to CHD and taking the eye is i'll drop to 8k intel. So may the 2nd unity and eye combination would do best?
There's no need to close every thread just because a question has been answered... someone might have a follow-up question... for example, how many re-rolls did it take you to get to 87% CHD?
Anyways, congratz on the two nice and shiny amulets, enjoy your new power! ;-)
Unity - http://postimg.org/image/ea8klnl81/
Should i roll the int or crit chance to crit damage on the first one?
Should I roll the crit damage to socket on the 2nd?

Keep current one, re-roll 2nd one for socket?

I think i'll be choosing between the 2nd and 3rd amulet, as they don't require topazs and my unity is going to burn them out.
For the unity, I'm not sure which to choose >.<
(if this helps, i only care about solo play at this time)

So guys
eye to CHD
2nd unity to socket
New SoJ to socket?
