It's a nice build if you want to make use of full EE/Tal Rasha's set bonus on lower difficulties. Here are some reason why you'll struggle to get to levels higher than T4:
Energy Armor - Prismatic Armor is almost an absolute must-have on T5/T6. This means you can't get any EE/TR proc from lightning skills.
While in Archon, you won't proc any cold from Glacial Spike either, further reducing the DPS due to a lack of EE/TR procs.
No Teleport, which makes you an easy target for everything that wants to kill you (and well, in D3 everything wants to kill you).
In general, build diversity is awesome and I'd like to encourage thinking "out of the box". Unfortunately, once you want to get to T5/T6 as wizard, you have to deal with the fact that your build is sub-par or adapt to the "mainstream builds". Some suggestions - keep in mind that there are many different solutions, I'm just pointing out some suggestions here:
Work towards improving your main damage spell. Your main AP spender is Meteor - so try to get Meteor damage on helmet, boots, off-hand.
If you want to make full use of EE/TR you either want "passive spells" to proc the bonus (such as Familiar-Sparkflint for fire, for example) or you need to think if Archon is really useful for you. If you're in Archon 30% of the time, 30% of the time EE/TR will only proc 1 or 2 debuffs. So, either go for different spells such that you have more elements to proc while you're in Archon (Familiar, different armor, Hydra to name a few) or skip Archon and go full non-Archon damage with a combination of some active damage spells (like Magic Missile, Meteor, Black Hole is already a good start.
If you have more crafting materials, improve some of your items: the life regeneration on Aughild's shoulders is useless and the CDR very low; try to get int, allres/armor, CDR, RCR, and health globe bonus. Similarly, get rid of health regen on belt and MS on boots (Meteor, armor, int, allres, health globe bonus would be best boots for you). Although in the end most wizards prefer Vyr's boots and switch out Vyr's chest for Tal's (an additional primary stat) or Cindercoat (if you go for Meteor Shower as main damage spell).
In case you have decent Magefist and Cindercoat I'd try to ditch Archon. Get Teleport-Calamity to trigger arcane and have more survivability, Energy Armor for more survivability as well, and Supermassive Black Hole for arcane proc. Witching Hour/Harrington's/Fleeting Strap (crafted) for belt.
Magic Weapon - Deflection is sometimes perceived as superior to Dominance passive; might free you up another passive slot (for Conflagration, for example).
It's really the dilemma with Tal Rasha's right now: you either don't make full use of TR/EE or you don't make full use of your main elemental damage. There's no perfect solution. Try some of the things I suggested. I think your goal should be to get your build to have some more survivability and either orient your gear/spec to support your Archon a bit more (more CDR, spells that trigger TR/EE even when in Archon) or ditch Archon (get more elemental damage and skill damage).
Thanks for the advice. I guess i'll try to optimized the build a little bit, i do like the build a lot and I enjoy playing it. I'll probably stick with T4 for a while then. I'll try for the route that involves more Archon (i think 67% CDR is the required?) and definitely try to farm and try out the items you proposed to buff up.
I was playing around a bit on maybe not having Magic Missile and have a frost hydra instead. Other than that I guess i'd have to fiddle a lot with the build haha.

There's no requirement, and 67% is probably too high because you'd sacrifice a lot of other useful stats along the way. It really comes down to what gear you have access to. Most people play with something like 50% or just a bit more.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself from not posting and staying a forum lurker.... Did you not see my mad skills with Shocking Aspect last time we ran together Bagstone!? Shocking Aspect is for dare-devils only Fully survivable at T6, but you'll probably need safe passage to help out.

If that's what it takes to stop you from lurking, well...
Shocking Aspect might work with a full lightning build because Paralysis (or other things like Calamity, yeah) make up for the loss of survivability. That being said, lightning is only a niche build on T5/T6 these days, because its damage cannot keep up with fire/arcane and you need the Velvet Camaral, which is so rare that I think you're the only one in our entire clan who has one ;-)
Anyways, for a build like that - TR/EE/Vyr's/Archon mix - you probably almost always need EA-PA to get to T5+. I said almost because there are some people who like pain and might try to run without it.
Have been trying something similar on the PBE. Shocking Aspect got a huge buff, plus there's legendary gems, so a proc-focused wizard build can push a bit higher (I can run T5 pretty smoothly). Basically, your spam skills aren't important for your damage, they're for proc coefficients to apply Shocking Aspect/Wreath of Lightning/Mirinae/Shard of Hate/Sash of Knives, and there's one clear winner - Magic Missile with a +2 Mirrorball. Glacial Spike gives some CC, procs SoH, applies Cold, which is quite hard to get, and has a higher single-target proc rate than Conflagrate, but the Fire rune still has a 0.5 proc coefficient and hits an entire cone - much better for clearing large areas.
Personally, I prefer Magic Weapon - Ignite to Force Weapon, because it puts one EE debuff and one set of meteors on autopilot, plus you can run Conflagrate as a passive for 6% crit on every hit past the first. However, it doesn't play nice with Conflagrate (the MM rune) since you'll be proccing Fire all the time anyway - Force WEapon or Deflection is good here.
Finally, if you're doing the proc/EE build, there are some very interesting buffs and changes to Blizzard, letting it fill elemental holes over a wide area with no delay. Frozen Solid even guarantees your meteor will hit by applying CC! It's also one of the only non-cooldown Wizard spells with higher damage per cast than 3X Magic Missile.

Currently clearing t6 np while using storm armor - shocking aspect, rarely die and not using unity combo, more power to "dare-devils". xD
Energy armor is def very good, but not in any way required for t6... maybe for grifts 30+, but with moratorium + taeguk it might be possible without it.

I know some of my gear still needs to get upgrade to better ones. Like my rings, and neck.
What do you guys thinks?
