Q1. How exactly does the passive Conflagration work? Does each separate fire attack apply a 6% crit chance on the target? What about MM/Conflag rune, how many total stacks would that apply? would Familiar/sparkflint apply its own unique stack?
Q2. 2.1 Firebird 6 piece bonus, does X amount of fire damage done that contributes to the 3k cap gets boosted by %Fire damage? once you reach the 3k cap, does %Fire damage increase your "weapon damage" that is used to calculate the DoT Tick?

Conflagration applies a single debuff on a target. That target is 6% more likely to be critically hit by all incoming attacks. It doesn't matter how much fire damage or how many sources of fire damage comes in. Once a target is touched by fire damage you deal, it's debuffed and everything that hits the target will have increased chance to be critical.

Firebird tick damage (the ones applied upon dealing fire damage and the infinite tick damage) is modified by your fire bonus on gear.
