I know these topics are posted all the time, but this forum seems very helpful. I finally accumulated the gear I'm looking for (well, short of WoH and mirrorball). I assume that I do not have all my enchanting perfect. I've tried to research it, but admittedly get a little confused with whether armor vs reduce all is better, etc.. (tried reading those topics too, but just a little advanced for me).
So if anyone can offer advice off the top of their head, I would greatly appreciate it. If I should enchant something, craft different aughilds, etc...
First and Foremost - Congrats on getting the gear that you were looking for - That's a great feeling
Second - I dont play a wizard, so I cannot help you on the specifics
Third - Int Classes already have a substantial amount of all resist so I would focus on armor first and then all resist. This is opinion based on me experiences with my witchdoctor.
4th - What happened with the pants? Good to start however, I would Kadala or farm another pair where you can roll sockets into. That alone will give you an additional 560 Int which is pretty good. It will also provide additional all resist.
5th and in my opinion roll that Vit off your royal ring for cc. The damage potential far outweighs the vit.
Nice roll on the Stone of Jordan - Good job and happy hunting
i whould buy boots and leggs from kadala to get better rolls on those 2 vyr pieces (you really want sockets on leggs and you dont want movememnt speed on boots).
The amulet ofc whould be awesome if it had cc/cdmg/eledmg/int aswell. (and even more awesome if it was a talrasha neck) and if ur lucky a tf with wep dmg instead of vit on it, and if u ever feel like ur low on arcane power getting apoc on that offhand might be a good idea.
Nexuu has made many good points already. All that I would add is that you may want more balance between your crit chance and crit dmg, as from what I can tell (including paragon bonuses) you would have ~280% CHD vs 54% CHC (energy armor included). 1 option to improve your CHD would be to reroll CHC on SoJ to CHD - this brings the balance to ~330% CHD with 48.5% CHC. It has also been mentioned that your moonlight ward (definitely best in slot for arcane build, and by a huge margin) is lacking CHD stat, if you managed to get CHD on a new one, that would boost your balances further, to ~430% CHD, vs 48.5% CHC. Also keep in mind that perfect rolls on your CHC slots, together with adding CHC on RoRG can provide a further 10% CHC.
The other important stat to consider is CDR, which could roll onto your gloves, shoulders and weapon for a further 26% CDR (this is reduced by the diminishing returns effect). CDR is crucial to your build because you are geared for archon (using vyr's). To get the most out of your vyr's set, you need to have high archon uptime. I would recommend that you consider what your downtime on archon is, and gauge your resource cost against it, as you only need resource to last until archon is back up. With enough CDR and overall dps, you may be able to forego the "arcane power on crit" stat on source. If this can be done successfully, you can eliminate the damage gap between archon casts.
TL:DR
Boost your CHD at the cost of some CHC. Balance archon downtime against resource expenditure, as running out of resource will create a huge dmg gap (you don't want this). Recommended item changes; shoulder res should be rolled to CDR. glove vit can be rolled to CDR. SoJ CHC can be rolled to CHD. TF vit can be rolled to CDR (unless you are intending to R-Gift it in 2.1 - in which case you would roll socket to CDR and then R-Gift)

I was glad some confirmed moonlight ward because I was very confused why tal rasha was being recommended for that slot instead.
