I'm not sure what you want from us. You get the general idea; stack CDR and Vyr's set and go to town. Now you just have to find better items and tweak your gear for best in slot Archon stuff; Like Andarial's, Gesture, Vyr's..
One thing you could do right now is reroll your amulet(and some other gear) for a better stats. EX:+rep life into Critical Hit damage. Rep Life is frankly an awful stat.
The most obvious thing I can see is that you should reroll Int on your Monarch ;-) Also, your Aughilds Spike has no Int either so make a new one and hope for better rolls.
Going perm archon means you have to sacrifice quite a lot in terms of sheet dps. Captains, Bornes and Vyrs are the three sets that are absolutely crucial, with aughilds being a nice addition. Gloves of worship can also be nice when you get an empowered and changing the rune on archon to teleport as you will have ~85% CDR when its active (with almost maxed CDR gear).
Try and get Int and CDR on all your gear as well, then fit in crit damage and crit chance where you can. Sheet dps is pretty useless in archon build and will be much lower than some other builds.
If you bring down Archon into a low cooldown(40 sec esque?) then getting items with +skill damage% seems to be like a wasted slot for long term. Also remember that as far as all res goes, 1800 = 84%~ resistance while 1400 is like 80% ish, so after a certain point rolling for different stats like +%health on shoulders should benefit you more.
and if the "toughness" stat shows you something else, keep in mind it counts all res to buff every of your resistances at the same time, but you can only get hit by 3-4 elements at a same time MAX.
I would ignore this post. Going from 80 to 84% resistances means you take 16% instead of 20%, so you take 4/20 = 20% less damage with the higher resists. That's why there's not a true diminishing returns on AR like people sometimes thing.
My preferred gearing method is to stack as much AR and armor as you can find, and keep around 200-250k hp. The higher AR and armor the higher the mitigation you have, which makes your healing better. That means you can run higher torment.
Thank you all for your input! I've since found a new wep (TF) which is great and this great rare amulet who I'm still questioning whether I should use it or Mara's or the lvl 60 MW I had. I hope the RNG gods will smile upon me and grant me some Vyr's Items. (meanwhile all I get is gloves)

First, here's my current build:http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Ohad-2997/hero/19697205
I've farmed most of the set items & the RoRG ring today and now I want to optimize my gear/build to get max CDR and to go up in torment levels.
I would appreciate any advice.

Ashyia - do you mean "arcane skills deal more damage" doesn't affect archon damage?
