Seeing as this is a weapon thread; may as well ask here - as most stats on weapons can be found on other items of gear; is it not best to have pure DPS stats on a weapon (x-y dmg, 10%dmg 7% AS socket) and let your armour provide the primary, CDR, RCR etc.
I can't get 10% damage affix on my shoulders but I can get 500 Str; so why would I worry about getting 750 str on my weapon...
just to be clear that if you are making an explosive blast setup for a wizard running wand of woh you want 2.01 ias and cdr about 55-60. Wand of woh should be straight weapon damage as for ias to go with it. Let cdr -chd and chc roll with armor to get the class build, although if running this setup a leorics crown with 90%+ increase for gem socket is a must for an additional 20+ CDR on top of running skill evocation for another 20% CDR.

+(981–1199)–(1175–1490) weapon damage.
10% is the max roll you can get for % damage affix.
750 stat is the max you can get for intelligence.
15 arcane power is the max.
Godly means perfect or damn near perfect. Missing that much intelligence and no cooldown reduction makes it not godly. But, it is a damn good wand.

Correct. Attack speed is worthless for pure Woh builds.
