I got this daggertoday for a rift, the special status seems MUCH more than the sword, in your opinion which one should I use? if any of the dagger, which statos I change?
Yeah. Not having Int on puts your sword at a big dps loss to what it could have. You'll most likely find that even though the dagger has 250 less dps, if you give it a socket it will outperform your sword simply because it has Int on.

Always click the ? on the right of a reforge to see what you can get from it before you commit. I haven't had a chance to memories what everything can reforge into yet. If the resist all won't reforge into Int, then try the attack speed as Ansem said.
You really need main-stat on weapons, otherwise they are generally awful.
Yeah what Emmo said. You always need a main stat roll and a socket on a weapon. Can't afford to have only one of those.
I'm not sure if you can rely on the frozen orrb proc as a meaningful damage output to be honest.
So yeah, reroll attack speed on the wiz spike for a socket. The all res is a constant because that's how the wiz spike is. If you remember, in d2 the wiz spike had 75 all resists as a constant roll. I like the fact that they kept it true to its origin.

Thank you and sorry for my english.
If not, I'd use the new one and reforge the all-res into a socket.

I lost 5% dps and get 9% resist, but i THINK the frozen orb bonus will compense that dps, or i am wrong? =x
