Your APS and DPS are both more than good enough for mp10, but your EHP is way too low. I'd prioritize getting it to around 500k at least, so you'll be able to take a few arcane beams while standing in poison. Lowering APS seems like a bad idea. Strictly speaking, you only need that breakpoint to hold ubers still, not really whites&elites, but why limit yourself? Remember that lower aps is less LoH and less crit per second.
My suggestion, craft vit gloves & vit shoulders until you get something good.
As to the monk vs wiz thing, the question is unclear. It's much cheaper to make a good cm wiz than a good monk if the goal is mp10, imo, budgetwise. But eventually I suspect it evens out.
I totally disagree about the vit gloves and shoulders. For Barbs making vit shoulders makes sense because they can roll up to 300 anyway. For Wizards they only can roll up to 200 with vit shoulders so you're limiting your potential Int by 130. Roll Int shoulders and hope for vit+high AR+armor or str. I wouldn't bother with crafting gloves for a while since it'll be very hard to replace your current ones.
Otherwise your EHP is actually very high but your mitigation is very low. I recommend trading some 10-15k life to get your mitigation up to around 87-88%. That way you can drop energy armor for SA and stay at MP10. Effective dps with SA is much higher than that with SA so it's even worth running lower MP if you have to in order to survive with SA.
Unfortunetally you have chosen the 2 gearing options I severely dislike, mempo AND Lacuni. With more efficient gearing you can keep at 2.5 APS without the use of either, which means higher dps from non-APoC OH, SC and bracers, not to mention higher EHP of crafted bracers. It's also cheaper to gear that way. If you want to see my recommendations for gearing for 2.5 or 2.73 APS, see my CMWW guide and feel free to skip to the appropriate sections.
What I'd do is start with the pants and chest, dropping the extra vit rolls for AR on pants and Armor on chest. That will cost you about 200-250 vit but gain you around 300 armor and 70 AR, which should be about 10-15% less damage taken compared to your current stats. I'd also consider looking into a trifecta ammy to be able to swap the Lacuni to rare bracers for higher EHP.
