I personally don't think that's a good solution, unless you remove the need for keeping things in place. For example, choose Frozen Solid or Grasping Chill rune for Blizzard, or Ice Armor - Ice Reflect, or have an insane freezing Scoundrel with high piercing+freezing Buriza+Star, or just have insane EHP yourself such that you can stand in the middle of Blizzard and watch mobs dying. To some extent the latter must be true anyways, because Slow Time is always cast at your spot, so mobs need to be in your range to be in the slow time bubble, then you release a Blizzard on top of them and make sure they don't leave the bubble/Blizzard.
I personally would rather get rid of Familiar or Magic Weapon if I want to use Slow Time as well... Frost Nova is just to powerful in combination with Blizzard.
It looks like a lot of fun, but ill stick with Archon, this is too slow
This build isnt intended to be faster than archon or to be able to do high Mp's like CM, its designed to be a fun alternative that is still fairly effective

With the right kind of gear and setup, Sleet Storm is perfectly capable of doing high MP runs at a pretty darn good pace. A couple of us over on the official forum have been running it for a while and it's amazing what it can do. You really just need a high dps, high Lifesteal Skorn, good EHP, stack crit and crit damage (forget about IAS), and the right kind of support abilities.
Personally, I run with Sleet Storm, EB: Unleashed, DS: Diamond Shards, Teleport: Safe Passage, SA: Reactive Armor, and MW: Force Weapon (sometimes switching to Blood Magic for MP10). CM, Cold Blooded, and Power Hungry are my passives. I'll post some links to some threads in the next post.

Here's a link to my thread with MP9 and MP10 videos, and some discussion on the build:

Please feel free to contribute your thoughts and whatnot. We need more folks working on the build and relaying their experiences.
