If I want to play mostly at MP 4-6 and maybe try 7 what would be the best build and how much are we talking about investing in gear? I assume Archon wont work anymore at that high unless you have a billion gold in gear so would SNS be the best choice? I only have 160 mil to work with so dont know how far that will get me.
Archon can work but I think SNS is cheaper and more efficient for that MP level. For 160 mil you should be able to put together a nice 100k set that can run up to MP10 for Ubers and farm MP5-6 fairly efficiently.
If you wanted to try Archon, you could probably get around 200-250k dps with decent EHP and be able to run similar MP but lower MP will still be efficient, though higher than MP6-8 might not be viable for that cost for Archon, even with EA.
Are you EU or US? I 'm EU and just recently tried to push my Archon past the 200k DPS mark (focusing not too much EHP, more like a glass canon) and I don't think it's possible for 160m to gear up Archon that can farm higher than MP3 (by "farm" I mean have a decent killspeed and rarely die).
There are certain items that are just too expensive: Tal chest with decent EHP, Mempo with crit, good black weapon with crit damage and high DPS, good trifecta rings/gloves/amulet - even one of this items can easily take up half or even the entire budget of 160m.
That's not a bad idea. You can do that with SNS gear and just swap to a LS weapon for Archon form. Or if you're adventurous you can skip the LS weapon and just run with BM. Personally I prefer the extra survivability of a LS weapon with BM.
Just wondering if I go Chantodo set how much attack speed do I need from other items to be able to drop the IAS from the Todo in order to gain a socket so I can get some extra crit damage? Im probably gonna go with the Blackthorne Legs and Ammy for 2 piece and more survivibility. So I will lose the 60+ CD I would get from my Ammy.
Is there enough IAS on Lacuni, Mempo, Duncraig Cross, 2 rings, Witching Hour, Gloves, Todo Source, and Gloves to go with a 1.65 speed Todo Wand with a Socket?
First you mentioned gloves twice but forgot about chest. That means there's 9 main pieces with IAS for a max of 81% IAS without resorting to using Inna's pants or legacy zuni boots.
It depends on what APS breakpoint you want to aim for. If you get a 1.65 chanto you need 52% IAS for 2.5 APS, 66% for 2.73, and 82% for 3.0. Another way to look at it is 6 pieces of IAS gear for 2.5, 8 for 2.73 and 10 for 3.0 (or 9+chantress). You can also substitute one of those pieces for the IAS slow time bubble, but I greatly prefer running MW or teleport to slow time, and for groups the damage bubble is much better than the IAS.
The problem with all those pieces is you probably want to use a Storm Crow helm for the APoC since Chanto OH with APoC are expensive. That leaves 8 pieces of IAS, which will let you reach 2.73 if you want, you just have to get IAS on everything else. So it's doable, but I'm really not a fan of Lacuni because you lose a lot of EHP (and dps) over rare bracers. With an IAS Chanto, you can reduce the requirements to as low as 6 IAS pieces to reach 2.73, which is why a lot of people recommend an IAS Chanto for builds under 1bil or so. That leaves you a lot of room for EHP on the other slots.
Alternatively, if you don't plan to run Ubers, you can forget about 2.73 and just run at 2.5 APS. That's what I do since I only play solo and it works just fine, plus you only need 6 IAS pieces so you can get a lot of DPS and EHP in the process.
^People can't answer that for you, it depends on your supporting stats. But you'd lose out on 110% potential CD which is a lot. If you want to run ubers I really suggest hitting at least 2.73. If you don't mind hitting a lower breakpoint but want the dps there's always the black 1.66 dagger + trimuvirate method.
I assume you mean how much would you lose. It's not about gaining or losing dps, it's about reaching the breakpoint. You can make up for the loss of crit by getting crit on your amulet instead of IAS, for example. Otherwise, if you're talking about running 2.5 with OS wand vs 2.73 with IAS wand, using the same gear otherwise, you're looking at around 10-35k difference in dps, but that also depends on dps of the wands and prices, so I can't really give a more specific value.
Using SnS spec just not showing and was able to hit 2.54 APS which I figure is good enough if not doing ubers. Even in my gimp gear MP 10 Crypt of Ancients is faceroll even as a fresh 60 with only 3 paragon levels. I can do the elite just takes too long. Gonna grind some paragon here cause it only takes like 1-2 mins to clear everything except the elite and Im getting just over a full blue bar per run. Im just not seeing all this loot everyone talks about.

You're not going to be enjoying a storm of drops until you have much higher MF that comes with gear and paragon.
If you're trying to invest in getting better drops, you pretty much have no choice (if you're not stacking MF on gear) other than to put in the time for paragon levels.
Do stack MF items on your follower to help out a little bit. Basic high MF jewelry are pretty darn cheap right now.

Yea just noticed. 120 mil just for one with only 240 average damage and APOC. Also how much DPS would I love if I dont get a Chant wand with a socket?
