Need help in my Wizard.... Able to farm in MP4 quite good, but seems to be too weak to farm in the upper MPs... any changes I should do in my gear or skills...
A weapon that lacks elemental damage. Right now the weapon you are using kinda cancels out your triumvirate. Also, look for some lacuni's with crit chance. They cost an insane amount but you will gain crit chance there, attack speed, and run speed.
I also, like using blizzard. My dps isn't as high as your's but I'll link my profile. I'm by no means an expert. Check out some of Jaetch's posts for someone that has more knowledge in a wizard.
It's an all physical weapon, so a weapon without any elemental damage. The Trumvirate bonus damage only applies to physical damage, thus you want an all physical damage weapon to maximize its dps.
Are you using Meteor as a way to get CM to remove CD from Archon? With Pinpoint, it looks like you're running 48% CC so Living Lightning can work as your signature spell instead of Electrocute (you have no APoC to sustain Meteor or WW spam). In Meteor's place, throw in Sparkflint familiar to further increase your DPS.
Archon isn't designed for high MPs to begin with. You might want to sub Energy Armor for Storm Armor-Scramble to improve low MP farming speed. Once you tack on more EHP and perhaps more movement speed (Inna's Temperance or Lacuni Prowlers), you can try out higher MPs with hybrid CM stunlock-Archon builds.
Thanks!! Sexton, will try the build that you are talking about. Have tried the Storm Armor previously, but found my wiz too thin the defense for my taste so changed to pinpoint.
Never tried living lighting skills, will try it next time... Have a lacuni prowlers but quite cut in my life and dps... so still looking for a much better one than I picked up..
