The last time I asked, the basic advice was I needed to increase my intelligence. I have done so.
How do I get into the 100-200k damage range? I've seen builds with higher damage than I do, but with a weapon that does less damage and less intelligence.
Granted, my Crit change is pathetic. That's probably a good place to start. But how to know if a deal in the AH will increase damage?
You have no crit chance or crit damage. just a couple IAS..
You need crit damage and crit chance on your rings, on your neck, on your gloves. You can get 200 cd from a weap with crit damage and a socket. you can get 10% crit chance from your source. You can get up to 6 crit chance on a wizard head I think.. so yeah get that on everything. The more crit damage you have the more damage crit chance gives you and vice versa.
c) This is what I do: go to d3up.com, create an account, import your character. Download tool from d3bit.com, connect with d3up account, switch game to windowed fullscreen mode, press F12 as soon as you see a nice item on the AH and figure out immediately how much ehp/dps exactly you win or lose.
Edit: how do you get to 100k dps? Get rid of magic find, life regeneration. Get crit chance, crit damage, but also don't forget to get a bit more EHP (namely allres in your case). Get a weapon with a socket and put an emerald in it. Get a helm with a socket to put a ruby in it and gain higher paragon levels more quickly. I agree with the previous posters that APS doesn't help you right now, especially given your spec.
I find it much faster and easier to a dps spreadsheet to compare items, which is why I made my own. There's also dps calculators all over the web that work well.
Like others said, to increase dps really high you have to look to other dps stats besides Int. DPS increases exponentially with secondary dps stats because they are all multiplicative, so higher crit makes crit damage give more dps, makes Int give more dps, and makes IAS give more dps. Higher IAS makes all the other stats give more dps, etc. Crit and Crit damage are probably the best way to increase raw dps for your gold, since IAS is a bit pricey because CM wizards gobble them up.
EDIT: some pieces you can grab for some decent dps increase: Tal neck, Triumvirate OH. Tal chest will also raise char sheet dps but if you have AP problems with disintegrate it might not be as worthwhile. That's why I like Archon, you don't have to worry about resource management so anything that increases char sheet dps makes Archon tic for more.
Yes, I was actually filling out your simple spread sheet. Oddly, when i put values in rows 8-9, columns E,F,G, the value doesn't change. Is it broken? (I downloaded it, not filling it out in the browser)

I'm assuming you're talking about the Equipped Items tab of my spreadsheet. In that case, no, it's not broken, there's just no stats that should be put in there, therefore there is no functionality for those boxes. Basically you should only need to enter info in the purple boxes. I think the socket for gloves works though, it's just not purple because I keep overlooking the 1 legendary glove that has sockets.
For DPS, just stack as much attack speed, critical hit chance, critical hit damage as possible. Then stack intelligence to further increase your overall damage output. Then stack as much min/max damage as possible. I don't mean stack one or the other. Stack all of those stats on as many pieces of gear as possible.
Helm - can roll attack speed and critical hit chance (Andariel's Visage or Mempo of Twilight) Shoulder - just stack high int here (Vile Ward rolls the highest int) Amulet - min/max damage, attack speed, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, high int can all roll here (Tal Rasha's Allegiance also rolls bonus elemental damage, so don't ignore that) Rings - same as amulet, stack the same stats here Glove - same as jewelry except for min/max damage, stack the rest of the stats here Bracers - roll attack speed and critical hit chance (Lacuni Prowlers) Belt - roll attack speed and critical hit damage (The Witching Hour) Chest - can roll attack speed (Tal Rasha's Relentless Pursuit) Pants - can roll attack speed and critical hit chance (Inna's Temperance) Boots - usually stack high int here (Zunimassa's Trail rolls bonus elemental damage, so that's a fine choice) Weapon - use 1-hand physical damage weapon (no bonus elemental) with critical hit damage and as high weapon damage as possible Off-hand - min/max damage as high as possible, can run attack speed with Chantodo's Force or elemental bonus damage with Triumvirate, also grab as high critical hit chance as possible
For all the pieces, stack as much int as possible, if possible. Run a spreadsheet to check each and every upgrade (as mentioned above). And as mentioned, abandon your MF gear and run pure DPS/EHP.
That link is very useful, is there an EU version of it? I've found it's harder to come across the EU things as we have less players it seems which is quite irritating since we cannot trade or talk to people on the American servers unless I am mistaken? I have been following your gear for a while now as a reference and only recently registered after months of just stalking the forums.

It's a mystery.
It represents ": for eyes," "3 for curled mouth."

Not sure if you were being serious, but there you go.
Well, I was having fun, but was also halfway serious. I actually didn't know that was supposed to be a squirrel creature. Learn something new everyday!
Ok, I used the "Equipped Items" and "Equipped Comparison" tabs of the spreadsheet, and I can't find any weapons or helms that will increase my damage output (for 1million). Im assuming the comparison tab compares against the relevant item entered in the Items tab? This XLS is awesome. It's accurate to within 2-3 hundred, and thats because it assumes all sockets use the same level gem.

Yeah, it assumes all sockets for a given item use the same gem, otherwise you can just put the average gem value if needed.
Yes, the comparison tab compares the stats of the item you put in the boxes to your equipped item of the same slot. There are two boxes so you can compare up to 2 items to your equipped item.

As most people have said, your gear can actually be replaced totally, almost every piece imo.But depending on your current gear i think the highest upgrade would be a triumvirate Off-hand as it'd both boost your crit chance dramatically and increase your raw dps as you bought a non-elemental dmg main hand, whether you did it on purpose or not.
But still, your items barely have 2 essential affixes on them, let alone high rolls of those. SO yea,i think you got work to do ;-)
Yep, I found a TRI for 1 million that increased my dps by 11k. Gonna see if I can breeze thru MP1 now; been doing no MP because even with my non-optimal build I can still breeze thru it, 250-400k an hour.

a) Use a spreadsheet, for example Loroese's EHP/DPS spreadsheet: http://www.diablofan...hp-spreadsheet/
b ) Use a damage calc, for example D3rawr: http://www.diablofan...omparison-tool/
