Got around 8mil now, not sure what to upgrade next, and also dont know what build is better to use for my gear, also have a TR chest in bags, along with poorly rolled Lacuni.s and a TR helm as well. Battle tag is Batman#1825, any tips would be appreciated
I'd get a new weapon. If you're fine without Life Steal your weapon, then you should be able to get a wand or sword with 1100-1200 dps with IAS and a socket for around 8-10 mil. That should be a pretty big dps upgrade, though if you don't have a 100% crit gem, you're probably best off getting a 70% gem so you might have to play around with a spreadsheet to make sure the upgrade is worthwhile. Instead of socket you could look for weapons with high crit (70-100%) and compare to those with socket.
You can also drop the IAS for Life Steal but that would drop the DPS of the weapon to around 1k or lower, probably. If you drop the IAS you might be able toget 1200 DPS+ for just a socket or high crit, but to be honest I haven't priced any weapons besides IAS ones for a while because I've been looking for CM upgrades.
The weapon is the biggest single upgrade, most likely. I recently found a sword (with white damage) with over 900 dps, life steal, life on hit, and a socket for 1.2m. It might not be as big of an upgrade compared to a 1200 dps weapon, but as the dps goes up the price jumps exponentially. You can still get a sizable dps boost with some useful stats for fairly cheap. I actually gave up a higher dps weapon so I could get the life steal, and it has been invaluable.
Your shoulders should be another easy upgrade. You can easily find a Vile Ward with higher int, armor, and similar resistances, although getting good vit can be expensive. Still, the extra armor should be worth more than the vit anyway.
Gems could use an upgrade. At your dps level, a few points of int can make a surprising difference. You don't need top tier (and the price is crazy) but a couple 500k gems may very well give you more dps for your money than any other upgrade.
Besides very generic tips like this, it really depends on what you want to do, or what you need. Do you need more dps? More survivability? Do you want to switch to a CM build? Do you ever play in a group? These questions are ones you need to answer for yourself before you can really decide what gear you need.

is the IAS that valuable? if so, should i switch to my TR chest? i also have the tal rash neck but doesnt have crit hit, just crit dmg& hi int.
but if i switched to the TR chest i lose the resist and run speed. , and i think my resist are lower than they can be already, im not sure how to judge that, or where a soft cap would be for my gear lvl. and ive been searching for a weapon for the longest, i havent found anything even up to 10m thats a significicant upgrade according to the spreedsheet, or maybe i just havent been looking at the right stats maybe?
i play alone more than in a group, but i do play ina group if my friends ever decide to get on, and tbh im not sure what i need, wether it be dps vs survivability. and im not sure wat build i should be using with my current gear. but id also like to know if its any hybrid arch/CM builds out here, so i wont need 2 gear sets.

A CM spec requires specific stats, such as high crit and AP on Crit, as well as high defensive stats. An archon spec only requires high dps, and enough defense to survive before you blow up everything (plus that extra move speed item to bring it up to 24%). This means that if you build for a CM spec you can just use that same gear for Archon, with maybe a few pieces to swap out. It might not be optimal, but Archon spec is very forgiving once you get past a certain threshold.
For example, I have a bracer with high vit, resistance, and crit that i change out for a cheap (300k) Lacuni just for the move speed when I run Archon.
The Tyrael's Might chest is probably about as good as a Tal Rasha's for Archon, but the attack speed from Tal Rasha's is invaluable for a CM spec.
IAS isn't all that valuable to Archon on weapon, but it does increase dps because faster weapons means more contribution from OH damage. It's an extra stat that you might be able to find on weapons for reduced price because some will price weapons solely on dps.
Regarding CM vs Archon, I redommend just using different builds for each, Archon for low MP and CM for high MP. If you don't want to have 2 gear sets, then you'd be better off using your CM gear for Archon, since CM requires more specific stats, as Zeyn said above. I prefer to just swap a couple pieces that I picked up for relatively cheap (couple mil each or less) when changing specs.
If the Tal neck is a dps upgrade, I'd use it for Archon since your primary focus should be on dps. It doesn't really matter how you get higher dps, which is one of the really neat things about the spec.
As for the rest of your gear, your resists, vit, and armor look pretty decent for a CM spec, and are definitely fine for Archon. If you're wanting to convert to a CM build you could use a little more crit (I recommend 40% without scoundrel as the min) and of course you'd want APoC on 2 items (helm and OH will be cheapest). If you just want to farm lower MP as Archon, you could even sacrifice some of your resists if needed. In that case Inna's pants could make up the movement speed loss from switching to tal chest. That should also give a decent DPS increase.
However, I still think your weapon will give you the biggest upgrade. By comparison, if I swap from my current weapon to yours, I would lose 30k dps. The decrease is only 20k if I was using a 70 crit gem, so with a 1050 dps wand with socket you should gain about 10-15k dps, I think. Don't worry about Int or extra stats, though if you're wanting to just go pure CM to use with higher CM, I recommend trying to find a weapon with IAS since attack speed is fairly important to CM. Dagger with high IAS is great. I have a couple 1080 dps 11 IAS daggers with a socket that I paid around 10 mil for. Something like that would be a pretty significant upgrade for you, though they don't show up on the AH all that often. Swords with low IAS and a socket are frequently priced in the 5-10 mil range for dps as high as 1200. Just make sure you get one with all physical damage.

So i picked up a vile ward, and swapped to the TR amulet, and found a better weapon, but i lost quite a bit of crit dmg and Crit hit as well, if staying full archon, where should the crit hit&dmg be around? and what sig spell to use IF i happen to have small downtime
Crit chance and damage values don't matter. The more you have the better, but all that really matters is what your char sheet dps is.
As for what spell to use when Archon is down, I personally prefer to use WW over a sig spell so that I can refresh Archon ASAP if it falls off. I swap to a cheap wand with APoC and LoH and my APoC OH. Then it usually just takes a few seconds to refresh Archon and I can resume facerolling through mobs. The only downside is the need to refresh magic weapon after each weapon swap, but I find it much more enjoyable than using a sig spell to have something to do while waiting for Archon to refresh. Right now Living Lightning seems to be popular, though Electrocute was widely used not too long ago. Piercing orb and Lightning blast are other reasonable alternatives.

So for a CM/WW wiz Storm crow plus OH w/apoc like oculous would be a better combo?
Yes, Storm crow plus OH with APoC is my recommended way to go to start gearing for CM. I prefer Triumvirate OH over Oculus because I use all physical weapons, so I get a lot more dps from it, plus they're really cheap. However, the Occulus does have a bit more options on it because it has more random rolls (I think). Triumvirate only gets 1 random roll.

What's really cheap? A physical weapon? Triumvirate? The latter might be true, but you constrain yourself a lot and have to wait for two good deals: a Triumvirate with APoC and a weapon with physical damage only. People are starting to realize the value of physical damage weapons, which is why they're getting increasingly expensive. Plus, when you're gearing up and your first goal is to maintain stunlock, I personally found it much easier by going with the Chantodo's set. It's not that expensive, but you boost your aps by a lot, you get a bit more crit chance than on Triumvirate, and he can keep his Mempo which I personally find a very good choice for CMWW. For LoH get Blackthorne's pants and a bit more on one other slot: could be a rare amulet, a rare ring, or even the Chantodo's Will (either LoH directly or a socket and put an amethyst in it - once you get LoH on another slot, you can even switch that for DPS).
I know that you're not too keen on the APS thing these days Loroese - but I'm not telling him he should go for 2.5 or so... as of now, his aps is 1.5 which is (imho) way too low for CMWW. He needs a new weapon anyways - and why not get a Chantodo's. Switching OH and getting rid of the only IAS item (helm) will only make it more difficult.
Triumvirate with 170 average damage and 10 APoC is like 2-5 mil or so, and less for lower end ones. That's what I consider cheap. With an all physical weapon you'll get a lot of dps out of it compared to the chanto's set. Also, a chanto's OH with APoC start at 10 mil, which is not cheap, and the dps you get from the combo is likely much less than a triumvirate+black weapon. He can keep his mempho's if he can pick up a wand with APoC, but all physical wands with APoC are a bit more hard to find at good prices than just normal wands or swords. Also, the LoH on a storm crow is great when first gearing up because it likely means you don't have to go out of your way to get it on rings or amulet.
I agree the physical weapons are getting a bit more expensive, but I'm still seeing decent prices in the 1k dps range, with IAS and socket. By decent I mean under 10 mil.
I actually don't consider 1.5 APS to be way to low for CM spec. I started with around that and it worked fine. Obviously higher APS is better, but as a start the crit, APoC, LoH, armor, and resists are a lot more important.
Also, those suggestions were just my opinion, and I don't consider them any better than your suggestions. I just have a certain perspective based on what worked for me when I first built my set.

Oh, of course! I wasn't implying that you were wrong at all. Should've phrased that differently. Always interested to read your suggestions because I'm also constantly looking for new gear.
And we're on different AHs (EU vs US) - since OP is US, your comments might be more useful for him. My comment was meant as an "alternative", but I can see that I didn't phrase it very well. Blame it on the early morning ;-)
