You do realize that that stacks with other forms of life drain correct?
I understand what you saying, we'll see how life drain based on % work out. It just seems to me that the % life drain may not be siginficant enough compared to the Life on Hit for a Wizard. The Life on hit with all the items available, 3611 - 4985, 4298 Average, life drain % still look pale compared to this number.
