can only cast it max 3-4 times.

also it seems to get caught up on EVERYTHING. Really annoying atm

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the 1 second interim is limited to the initial cast, it does not proc off of proceeding teleports

rofl.... imagine being able to spam any number of teleports during the 1 sec windows between them, if you had enough ap on crits you would be able to spam teleport all the time.... it would be like d2...
