Yeah, most definitely. I tend to teleport in to groups by accidents more often then out of them to save myself. Used it when facing a few bosses but thats it.
they didn't want it to be abuse like it was in D2, I like it, but really 16 seconds cooldown is wayy too much I'd put 10, max and allow us to tp through walls
I am having a good time with it tbh, yeah we can't just leap over walls or anything like barbs but meh it gets me out of sticky situations.
I found that Teleport and Heroic Leap uses mostly the same logic. If my barbarian friend could leap over something, i would be able to do the same with teleport. At some point i teleported through closed doors and he then heroic leaped over the closed door in a very Screw-You-Physics way.
I keep getting blocked by various obstacles... Can't teleport through walls (even tho doors are open), getting stuck on crates, trees etc... Annoying.
Atm, this skill is completely useless to me and more of a threat, than help.
Is it me, or ... ?

I'm clearing Act III @ Hell and I don't feel like having teleport would benefit me at all.. Well, maybe when I'm against +waller+ in a tight spot.
Don't think that even a shorter cooldown could save this skill for me.
