Now i am not sure if there was this topic allrdy but i realy thing that blizzard should let us know what spells u you get in that form and maybe how the wizard would look like and how the CE wings would add to it.
Or any other info on it. I cinda immagene it like sc archon maybe not that big but similar. But i got no idea what spells it gona have or does it gona hit mele/range or use range spells got no clue
I think it will be just like the runestones effect. In the Archon mode most the skills would get modified to a similar extent as they would when they are runed. But this is just a speculation, rest all depends on blizz n how they decide to implement it.
Well u maybe get new arcane spells u defenetly wont be able to use any of normal spells he will be able to use few with runestones tho so i am rly looking forward for getting any info on that

I am not sure if you get Slow Time and Teleport on your Archon. I feel like the wording means that when you put on those specific runes you get those spells in addition to the 4 you already have, or something like that. I hope that's the Archon gets those skills inherently, but that is what I thought when first going through the skill.

Exactly, as an Archon you get a set of Specific spells. If Runed you get Teleport or Slow Time aswell.
But if not Runed, you will not have Teleport or Slow Time.
The main Problem is that we don't know what spells we will get.
exactly and from the vid it looks like archon is getting something like desintegrate but some wicked took it seems

2 - You'll be able to use the CE wings together with Archon (its must look so awesome).
3 - While in Archon form your normal abilities are replaced by powerful Archon abilities, and your armor and resistances are increased by 40%.
4- Every enemy killed while in Archon form adds 1 second to the duration of Archon.
3 - The abilities you get from Archon are;
Archon Skills
Arcane Blast:
Explode a wave of pure energy dealing X Arcane Damage to all nearby enemies.
Arcane Strike:
Strike the ground before you with arcane power causing X Arcane Damage
Cancel Archon:
Release the powers of the Archon and return to your natural form.
Disintegration Wave:
Thrust a beam of pure energy forward dealing X Arcane Damage per second.
Slow Time (Runed effect):
Project a bubble of warped space and time that moves with you, warping space and time slowing enemies and projectiles by X% for X% seconds, Cooldown: X seconds
Teleport (Runed effect):
Teleport through the ether to the selected location up to X yards away. Cooldown: X seconds

* Critical Mass - Your critical hits have a chance to reduce the cooldown of your spells by 1 second.
* Glass Cannon - Increases all damage done by 15% but decreases Armor and Resistances by 10%.
* Evocation - Reduces all cooldowns by 20%
I must say i like the idea behind a Archon form. But from the video it doesnt really impress me. Its just a glowing "aura" around the player and not much more.
Take Archons from starcraft for an example. They are huuuge
In my opinion the form should be a tradeoff from mobility to dmg. Increasing the damage done but instead moves slower, or something like that.
Nothing impressive about making something larger on the screen or slower. Now out of phase/etheric and radiating energy might be more sensible.
Nor does it make sense for something becoming more attuned with the arcane to move slower rather then faster when possessing more power over time and space.....
I like the idea of having a beasty ability such as Archon in store, and what really got me hyped over it was the fact that you can basically keep the form up until it's cooldown is reset, considering you manage to kill enough monsters to cover that cooldown.
Kills with Archon form up prolong the ability by 1 second each, thus you 'only' need 95 kills to reset the cooldown
if you chose to use Pure Power. And while we're at it, lets also throw in Evocation to reduce Archon's cooldown even more, down to 76.
76 kills over the prolonged course of time should be quite doable & would leave us at near to no downtime to this ability.
Evocation critical mass and glass cannon, runed with increased damage just gather up mighty blows and archon them down with mass archon AoE and disintegrate. The amount you can hit with a mighty blow herd really makes evocation/critical mass perhaps as well pointless might wanna go for temporal flux and blur with a huge herd slowing and reducing damage.
That you can switch this out after use if its cooldown is long and go with another skill in 15 secs then bust it back in is also awesome.

from what we know so far you can still teleport/slow time/disintegrate while in Archon form
