From what I've seen on the beta Electrocute bends to hit its target if you cast close enough to the target. So it basically has a homing feature built right into it. It does more dmg then MM, can be cast faster, and its spell speed is faster as well. Imo it is much better of an overall skill then MM.
I see what you're saying with the ST though! I will probably change it to Stretch time or Perpetuity (for DH I will need to cast ST A LOT!!!).
I don't need to use Illusionist because I have a Golden in my Teleport. 1 teleport every 8 secs should be enough to get out of the way while my barb/monk teammates get in their way.
I think I'll stick to Galvanized Ward because what happens if I don't get to those health globes I can just run and hide and regen myself With the 160/sec and my 80.7 from gear I will have 240.7/sec which equals to a whopping 7221 every 30 seconds! And for the 4 minutes it is active because of the Ward I will regen 57768 life.
I agree with almost everything Wrath said except that I would use Diamond Skin w/ Indigo so I wouldn't have to teleport every time I take damage (so wouldn't need illusionist). If your going to use electrocute speed might be better and from what I've seen in Arena people don't walk and stay into slow time bubble having stretch time and firing at them from inside it seems like a better choice for PvP. You have so much ap generating stuff but not hardly anything that uses a lot, you have diamond skin so high, but it only lasts 5 seconds...
Also you have electrocute with a gold rune but I think prodigy as passive with Stretch Time bubble would get you more mana because you get it just from casting whether you hit the other player or not... In keeping with the skills in your build I would make these changes: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#djVbSP!efc!aZYaaZ
If you wanted to maximize damage and survivability and you seem to like RoF which is highest damage for ap used over time... I would do this: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#kZUVbi!efd!ZZZYaZ
It has Disintegrate but only because it pierces so with ice armor alabaster you could cause multiple frost novas on people if they have pets, or... if two players are standing close to each other in PvP. One move I noticed in that arena video is the 360 degree sweep with disintegrate, with this build that would cause a few novas, add regular FN and bone chill and AT and it's crimson rune and you would do massive amounts of damage, and both of them would cause numerous novas as well. All this should = one slow enemy.

Okay so I am going to comment on the BOLD text above.
First, at lvl 60 Diamond Skin will not last 21 seconds because people will burst that tiny 2000+ dmg absorption. That is why I have the higher dmg absorption.
Second, the only AP generation I have is the Electrocute with Golden in it. That is not a lot lol... and I will only be using this when my RoF takes me down to 0 AP. It will bring me back to full pretty quick so I can get back to RoF
Third, The underlined sentence contradicts your sentence about having so much AP generation. You basically said: You have so much AP generating abilities and then in the underlined sentence you go on to say I need more?
I said prodigy with Electrocute could be better... electrocute with golden rune to me seems like a waste when you could get more damage, it just doesn't make sense to me to have this great skill capable of doing great damage and then put something like that in it... it is 1/6th of your spells, close enough, to me. Prodigy as part of a strategy could be good, if your using Energy Armor with regular electrocute (with damaging rune) then you are only losing a passive (but gaining a stronger energy armor, and electrocute) not like a Gold rune in Electrocute where it falls far from it's potential.
I mentioned prodigy as being a better alternative I didn't say you needed to stack prodigy with golden rune electrocute... I specifically said it gets "mana" whether you hit the target or not, aka used instead of golden rune, there is no contradiction... If you looked at the build that I linked in the same paragraph you will notice, I took out the golden rune from electrocute........................................................
RoF is great and does more damage but if your worried about AP disintegrate uses less mana, makes them run just the same and hits more targets.
On Diamond Skin: even if it is 6900+ damage absorbed... it only lasts 5 seconds. It really doesn't matter what the absorption is in PvP if they see that it is so short they will just run till it goes off... Also it wouldn't be like I would cast DS with 21 second duration and then not be shooting at them I like it so much because with evocation cutting the cooldown to 20 seconds they won't know when I'm recasting it, it'll be on all the time. Ds for 5 seconds is almost as bad as using Mirror image with 6 images: if someone is doing PVP and they see six images, they know your not using the mirror mimic rune and that the images do 0 damage, I don't like showing my cards with every spell.
I think having the enemy be unaware of your weakness is very good, 24/7 diamond skin so they don't know if they are getting through it, or if you just recast it, seems smarter than a 5 second DS that they just run away from and come back because they know you can't cast it again anytime soon...
If you want to just shoot off RoF constantly I would recommend this: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#jZSgVU!efd!ZZZbYZ with it you can run around shooting at the other team allllll game long (either stop when RoF lowers mana or just use disintegrate until they weak then switch to RoF. Might switch crimson Slow time for Alabaster if it speeds up RoF and Disintegrate... that could be nasty.
I just remember the name ElectricEel. You trolled a thread HARD!!! I forget which one it was but you do not agree with logic is what I remember from that thread lol you just went against whatever people were saying for the lawls
