I found an ancient furnace and gifted it (41% elite damage roll at 3.9k dps). I also have an ancient Devastator that is gifted (2.7k dps, 16% fire damage). My TR offhand is ancient and I have a non-ancient Serpent Sparker (2.1k dps not gifted and not rerolled for 10% damage). Which setup should I use for 6p TR? Using the furnace forces me to take TR gloves over my trifecta TnT. I'm trying to push for high GRs.
Ok thanks for the input. The furnace is 3.9k dps with a +9% damage reroll, gifted with an emerald but that doesn't effect the dps. The Devastator is 2.7k with +10% reroll. Ancient TR offhand also rolled 24% meteor.
Maximus and Grandfather are both swords, which have a base attack speed of 1.15, this inflates their dps number. The Furnace is a two-handed mace with a base attack speed of 1.00, which lowers its dps number. A godly ancient Furnace, will be around 4300 dps (max damage range and 10% damage, excluding attack speed which will greatly inflate weapon dps), a 3900 dps ancient Furnace is basically the lowest roll you can get.
I tested out an ancient Devastator and my above average rolled non ancient Serpent Sparker out performs it.
I would recommend keeping the TnT and use the non ancient Serpent Sparker. The extra Mammoth Hydra is just too good to pass up on.

Yea, the Furnace is a bit low for an ancient two hander. For comparison sake I have an ancient Maximus and Grandfather both sporting 4.3k

you can get a 3900dps normal furnace with % 10 dmg + % 7 ias.
for an ancient furnace 3900dps is quite low.
I would roll %7 ias on SS and use with tal's oh.
