I like to move it move it
Edit:I ran with this build only 5-7m toughness and did not have perfect everything. good items help of course but no one is perfect. I made this build after 2.0.5 as a joke and it came out working amazingly. Probably will come back to it if I get bored of Jade set.
I've used this build for a couple days now. Having no trouble with T4. Have not really tried higher but am pretty sure it work good on T5 not T6.It's not a build you will die easily on because of your movement. I constantly keep moving with it. It's rather fun and does a load of damage. LoH and Leg procs are high. Team play is no problem and solo play is even easier.
I have never seen anyone use a build like this. This is my own build and not copied or enhanced from another.
LC - Spirit Barrage : Phantasm
RC - Spirit Walk: your choice. I like mana.
1 - Grasping Hands: Rain of Corpses(you can use a different skill but I find this one best).
2 - Dogs: Leeching Beasts
3 - Swarm: Devouring Swarm
4 - Haunt: Resentful Spirit
Passives: Fetish Psychophants, Pierce the Veil(not required I like to do more dmg), Rush of Essence, Firece Loyalty(for speed also can be something else if you like).
The idea of the build is to spam Spirit Barrage 3 times and Haunt till you are comfortable. Casting Swarm first is recommended for the pre-mana gain. While your pets do a lot of the damage you have ticking damage going on and spreading. I am hyper and like to spam Spirit Barrage often before the timer stops because most things die near instant. You will find fighting Elites and Champions are not a problem unless you get horrible affixes. Your primary sources of damage are Haunt and Spirit Barrage so going cold% or Spirit Barrage%/Haunt% is highly recommended. I had 20 on cold and Spirit Barrage with none in Haunt and had no problem at all.
Equipment:
Quetzalcoatlis a must for the reduced time on damage from Swarm and Haunt.
Homunculus for your constant dog respawn if they die. Lets you not worry about recasting it.
Warzechian Armguards for the movement speed boost. It's my favorite to use. Lets you clear maps very fast.
Rings/Ammy your choice.
Try to get 2 set Helltooth and 2 set Jade for the 500 int. Boosts damage quite a bit.
Stats:
Int of course as much as possible
Crit Damage 400% or more
Crit Chance 50%
Vitality as much as possible. 400k HP is a good amount for this build. You won't die often if you play right.
Attack Speed if you can get it. Not a big deal. I played with 1.4x with no issues.
Paragon Points: Core:
Movement speed till you are 25%. Usually 26 points is all you need. But check your speed before you do it.
Rest in int for damage.
Offense:
Crit Damage and either Crit Chance if you need it or Cooldown Reduction for faster CD of Grasping Hands.
Defense:
Life% and Armor
Utility:
Resource Reduction and LoH-Max LoH first.
I used a similar build. I was running pestilence instead also BBC instead of hands in rifts for grp play with spell cd passive. I was doing t3 and t4 solo ok. 25c aughilds worked well

Any comments if you used it would be cool. GL
